Silly sketch of my new fursona.. a lot of bits are interchangeable. He could have paws instead of raptor feet, normal paws instead of monster paws, raptor claws instead of monster paws, no neck fluff, etc.

But I wanted a silly little wolpertinger sona so! Yea!

I like to think he can shapeshift to some extent, letting him become more monstrous or more just a bunny

(Don’t look too hard, there’s a lot of wonky spots because I’m not used to traditional and I haven’t drawn at all lately)

why do i keep seeing whole videos on advice for artfight from “veterans” or whatever. here’s all the advice you need:

you don’t need to draw every day

you don’t need to fully render every drawing, sketches still count and the person receiving it will still love it

you don’t need a fully polished ref sheet for every single character, having a basic one or even just a colour palette along with whatever other art you’ve done works fine in most cases

you don’t need to draw a fully rendered piece every single day do not burn yourself out or injure yourself for funny little internet points good lord

so i started playing the gameloft my little pony app game and i didn’t change the filler name and now i dont think i can. the filler name is “blue pie” which sucks but i’ve decided to embrace it by making an oc named blue pie. this is she. she is distantly related to pinkie and she left the amish community as an adult and is trying her darnedest to live the life she missed out on.

Lil WIP of a Synth I’m coloring based on the Warden from Superjail! At first it was gonna just be inspired by the style but I said fuck it and color picked some stuff from an image of the Warden to use for the Synth

I would like to have customized the lines a bit but I can’t match the bases style very well and the maker said they’d prefer you keep edits minimal so.. yeah

I forget who I got the base from but I believe they said to just credit Vader-San, creator of the Synth species. Found the base on Deviantart

okay so I’ve seen a lot of artists,including myself, make this common mistake of coloring the palm of a hand(and the sole of a foot) as the same color as the person’s skin tone.

but in fact ,palms and soles are a different color compare to our skin

this is due to the lack of Melanin on them
