last weekend i went to a party and there was a pool and one thing about me is that nothing will stop me from getting in the pool. i had brought my swimsuit and everything, i was totally prepared. turns out it's been a really cold summer in buenos aires and maybe jumping in the pool wasn't such a sensible idea. and i was told this by some girls that warned me i was gonna get a cold, to which i answered "i don't get sick" and got into the fucking pool

fast forward to a couple days later and it turns out i maaaay have a runny nose. one of my friends also saw these girls and they asked about me and he told them i was as good as new. i begged him not to tell them about my condition and he goes "are you kidding me? we are friends, i'd never betray you like that. if you get pneumonia and die i'll tell them you got hit by a truck"

I am Adham from Gaza. I have four children: Sham, 6 years old, Majd, 5 years old, Adam, 3 years old, and Nael, 1 year old. He was born during the war in very difficult circumstances. My wife left the hospital and went to the tent because of displacement. There were no clothes for my newborn and the rest of his siblings. Then my wife lost her family in northern Gaza. Her mother, father, three brothers, and I died. Then the suffering began after our house was bombed due to the invasion of the area. We miraculously escaped from the fire and death. After that, my wife began to suffer from a cartilage injury and she could not move. We were unable to find treatment because it was very expensive and she needed a very expensive surgery. Then my father died during an army operation. He was killed at the door of the house. My brother was injured for the second time, so both of his feet were injured and needed treatment.
