Do you expect people to go through and block every single one of those?

Genshin Most to Least Likely to...Think Their Love is Unrequited

Ganyu - She’s the sweet queen of misunderstanding and self-doubt. Honestly, even if you give her some very clear signs that you reciprocate her feelings, there’s a decent chance of Ganyu convincing herself that she’s misread your intentions. You’re going to have to be very blunt with her to get the message through because otherwise she’s going to stew in her longing and make herself miserable.

Zhongli - He’s a straightforward type, so as long as you haven’t given an actual confession he considers his love for you unrequited. It’s better to be wrong and have kept himself waiting needlessly–something he’s very good at doing–than to risk making you uncomfortable with over-zealous wooing and run you off for good. As long as he can have you in his life as a friend, he’s happy.

Ayaka - She’s new to this–to romance–to you. She thinks she understands when you’re responding well to her affectionate gestures, but you’re from different worlds and there’s plenty of room to doubt. If you’re forward about it…that’s so embarrassing! But it’s the only way to fully assure her that her advances are welcome.

Thoma - He’s got a decent eye for patterns! …but patterns don’t always go unbroken. The signs he sees in other people who yearn for him may not be the same in you, and that thought is enough to make him doubt. After all, he’s a nice guy! But nice guys aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. It’s okay, though, he’s content with loving from afar.

Sucrose - Too shy for her own good, and too engrossed in her work. She doesn’t think she has the time or energy needed for a dedicated, proper relationship. But is a proper relationship always what she thinks it is? This might warrant some research. But…w-would you be her research partner? Even just for a little while.

Diluc - Diluc knows he’s Mondstadt’s Most Eligible, though it’s not by any say of his own. You’re different than the suitors, you’re you. And he actually likes you…. As far as he’s concerned, it’d be just his luck that you don’t reciprocate. He doesn’t quite let that stop him, though; Diluc does eventually get it through his head that you reciprocate. He’s just a little slow on it–by the time you’re completely head over heels and ruined for other men, Diluc’s thinking “you know what maybe I have a chance!”

Beidou - In her case, she thinks it’s unreasonable to expect you to accept her line of work, let alone be her lover while she maintains it. She is, in fact, a “good” pirate just as the kids at the docks say. But she’s a pirate nonetheless. Her work includes long stints away from home with no contact, constant dangers, and enemies of many sorts. Even if she knows you like her face and her heart, she wouldn’t blame you for moving to your next love prospect.

Kokomi - Kokomi is very intelligent, and trusts her own judgment. If she’s made the decision to pursue you, she’s considered every possible angle and response to every possible move she could make towards your heart. She considers your reactions in the context of you as a person, and trusts her understanding of you. If you were to joke about not liking her that way, it may sow the smallest seed of doubt, but otherwise she’s more than confident that you like her too.

Kazuha - He has a good sense for many things, including this. Your smallest behaviors reveal your true feelings to him. If his love was unrequited, he surely would have sensed it by now. If you have many other suitors, he may somewhat doubt his ability to win your heart before the others, but he does not doubt that you have at least some love for him.

Lisa - She knows. Oh, does she know. Lisa is great at reading people, especially those she cares about. She’s hesitant to show her feelings openly due to some personal issues, but she knows without a doubt that you would reciprocate if she did.

Genshin Most to Least Likely to...Feel Jealous

Just 8 characters on this one, instead of 10. Had a bit of trouble towards the unlikely end of the scale….

Xiao - He’s well aware of his shortcomings, as far as being a good partner to a human goes. He’s even more aware of what a risk he is to…anyone, really. He wouldn’t blame you for finding someone whose sole presence isn’t so much of a gamble, but he’s terrible at hiding the ugly burn in his chest whenever you look at someone else too kindly

Childe - He’s definitely got the makings of a possessive sort. He wouldn’t try to control your life, of course, that’d be hypocritical of him. Though he definitely might make a habit of occasionally trailing you, though, and swooping in whenever he spots someone getting too close to set the record straight that you’re securely taken.

Noelle - She wouldn’t call it jealousy! More like…a healthy recognition of personal flaws. If she’s worried about your affections being drawn elsewhere, obviously she just has to improve herself to be better than the other person! She’s going to work herself even more crazy over this, and likely won’t speak to you about it because inadequacy is something she’s felt for a myriad of reasons. Please hold and reassure your girlfriend before she gets herself bedridden.

I’m honestly not sure if I’m the matchup that makes you uncomfortable or not (I sincerely hope that I’m not at least) but I personally believe that wether or not it is my ask you shouldn’t do it if it makes you uncomfortable. Writing is meant to be something fun for the author, so if it’s not doing that then you should either delete it, or for the one you’re just stuck on, take a step back and work on something else for a while. Sorry if I’m out of line in any way, I just hate watching people struggling negatively with something that should be positive. I hope you have a nice day, and take care of yourself! Notes: My job leaves me no space to write on the weekdays haha. So I kind of decided I’ll write on the weekends and just post it out on a schedule so at least everyone gets an update like… three times a week aha……

Gorou

“This girl seems to be important to their general,” You watch as the restrained Gorou resists against the two men who have him pinned down on the ground, his cheek pressed onto rough gravel. His eyes stay tacked on to you, while you, who was standing, had your wrists roped together, two guards on both sides of you. 

There’d been an ambush and it seemed as if the enemy was playing to the Resistance’s weaknesses. “General, give your vision up, or you’ll never see this pretty face again,” a sword is pressed up against your neck, yet you make no sound. For Gorou’s sake, you can’t show anymore weaknesses.

But regardless of whether or not you stay silent or you scream. Whether or not you put on a brave face or cry. Gorou will feel the same. Gorou will struggle. Gorou will tear them apart with his eyes first, and his hands next, when he’s loose. 

“Give.her.back.”

It’s hardly decipherable, what with his mouth having less space to move. But he pushes his head up, even as the guards push it down, and repeats. “Give her back!” The sudden burst of energy catches everyone off guard. The ground shakes with Geo energy and the next thing you know you’re whisked away and safe in his arms. 

You sigh in relief, his hand behind your head, keeping you flush into him. He has to make sure he can feel you. Know that you’re safe.

“I got you,” he reassures you, but you can hear how fast his heart was beating. “It’s okay, I got you now,” as if he was reassuring himself more than you.

Genshin Most to Least Likely to...Elope With You

Venti - Yeah, so, all that planning really isn't his style? The day he asks you to marry him is the day he whisks you to Windrise to wed. He'll rush around town telling your friends to "be there or be square" and he insists Jean can marry you--but if not he'll just do it himself. Are you going to question the binding power of the Anemo Archon?

Xingqiu - He loves you and he's impatient, that's really all it takes for him to make the suggestion. There's a considerable chance that you elope before his family even knows you're together, only for him to reveal it dramatically when they begin discussing an arranged marriage.

Mona -  It wouldn’t be her idea--she certainly can’t afford a wedding, planned or not--but if you wisk her off suddenly one day for a small, private ceremony in front of the Traveler, Paimon, and Klee she’s....not not going to cry. Even she didn’t see this one coming.

Razor - He doesn’t really understand marriage? Like at all. If you mention wanting to get married he’ll ask Miss Lisa about it, and the next time you see him he immediately drags you off to one of his favorite places: The Den. There, surrounded by all his wolfen Lupucal, Razor ties a pretty little flower around your finger and calls you his.

Kazuha - Assuming he agrees to any sort of real wedding at all, there’s a good chance it’s eloping. Isn’t all marriage technically eloping if he doesn’t have a family to tell or seek approval from? More likely, however, Kazuha sits you down one day somewhere scenic and offers you a meaningful gift. If you accept it, he says, you’re agreeing to stay by his side as long as possible.

Xiao - You’re probably surprised by this one. Like Kazuha, there’s a decent chance he wouldn’t agree to marriage at all. Unlike Kazuha...there’s also a good chance he would. But he wants to do it right. He protects the land of contracts and must uphold some of its customs. Also...there are special marriage rituals for adepti that haven’t been practiced in centuries. You’ll humor their revival, won’t you?

Childe - If by eloping you mean “bringing you to Snezhnaya to meet his family and have a boisterous wedding at his home” then YES! He probably wouldn’t agree to actual elopement unless something dire and life-threatening were about to occur for you. He really wants you to feel part of his family before you join it in name.

Diluc - Depending on when exactly you come to him in life, there’s a small chance he’d agree just for the sake of making it a more private affair. But he’d earnestly rather have a formal ceremony. It doesn’t have to be anything too large or fancy, though he could certainly afford it, and he’d like to have it at the vineyards.

Ayaka - She can’t bring herself to do it…. As much as she likes the idea--being whisked away somewhere beautiful and exotic and pirvate--she has responsibilities and expectations. She’d honestly rather deal with convincing her family to let you two wed than go behind their backs. It may take far longer, but the victory is that much sweeter.

Zhongli - A marriage is a most precious form of contract, and should be treated as such. He’ll spare no expense for the wedding (depending on who is paying, exactly) and make it as grand of a celebration as he can. You’ll get plenty of say in it, of course. He wants you to enjoy the experience too.

-This does depend significantly on whether or not you’d be nervous of him at all, but in general Xiao functions almost entirely as a protector sort. The most difficult think about romancing him is his need for very slow progression and patience, which I feel you’d be able to offer him! He’s not great with physical affection--not for a while, anyway--so you don’t have to worry about that particular issue. If he needs affection, he’s likely to give you some sort of cue instead of initiating himself.

- He’s a silent pillar, and I think once you know he’s reliable like that it’s easy to lose yourself in talking to him. He may not even respond much, but it’s clear you have his full attention by the regular glances he gives. No guarantees about him understanding or relating to everything though. He tries his best. I’m an INFJ-T, 5'4, demisexual girl. When I first meet people, I’m very withdrawn, and tend to be shy. I’m not the type of person that would start a conversation, even when we’re considered friends. (But I will if it’s someone truly close to me.) However, this is not true for work related things, if it’s work, I’m very serious and have no problem talking. Although, if I’m trying to make some sort of decision (even minor ones) or am trying to figure something out, then I’ll have an extremely bad stutter and will have great difficulty forming sentences. 

Among my peers, I’m known for being very polite and having a rather proper way of speech. But also for speaking very softly, so people sometimes can’t hear me. Oftentimes, I don’t actually speak, and when possible, I tend to nod or use other gestures. Unless one of my hyperfixations is mentioned, because then, I’ll be talking a mile a minute. It doesn’t really matter who I’m talking to, I’ll light up like a light bulb and become VERY expressive. Whenever I smile, my face flushes uncontrollably. (But I don’t become SUPER red.) 

Once I know people well, I’m actually extremely affectionate. I love hugging, handholding, and physical affection in general. Whenever I see someone I care about, I always give them a hug. Also, I love writing letters and poetry, and writing in general. But for people I love, I keep a notebook that I write letters and poetry for them every night. Once it’s full, I’ll give it to them. I’m really a romantic at heart. Also, I give out words of affirmation on a practically daily basis, and make a point of saying good morning and good night every day. I can be a bit of a mom friend, but often, I am the child. I’ll be pretty chaotic and although, I won’t become reckless. Amidst my chaos, which usually includes pranks, insane ideas and a ton of energy, I’ll still be very cautious and thoughtful. 

My interests are generally towards creative things, I love writing. There’s something amazing about how people can elicit emotions from others using words. My writing is often rather depressing though, but I can do well with other tones as well. I also enjoy drawing, I always feel a swell of emotion and pride once I’ve created something I’m happy with. Though I often scrap drawings that I’m not so happy with. I also play violin and dizi, and carry a deep affection for music. It’s something that makes me truly happy. Cooking and baking are also things I love, simply because I love other people’s expressions when they try what I make. I also love to dance, and exercise a lot. Still, I overuse my body often, and so cannot use my left wrist and have many other less impactful overuse (and other) injuries. Also, I have loose joints, so my bones often pop out of their sockets at random times. 

I’m pretty uncomfortable with being flirted with, and want the person I love to be my close friend before my lover. The thing I find most important in a relationship is companionship and trust. I hate being controlled and don’t do well with pressure. I want to be free, but I’m also very loyal, I won’t ever betray the people I love. They are what is most important to me, romantic or platonic.

- You want a friend before a romance, and that’s definitely Venti’s style! He loves people inherently, however due to his past is a little slow to get to know anyone on a deeper level. A relationship with him starts as a slow-blossoming friendship and only eventually changes when one day he wakes up and realizes you’re precious in a way he’s never experienced before. That said, I think it could go either way in terms or whether or not there’s an actual confession. Venti strikes me as the type to think love is love, and he doesn’t need a title to start treating you accordingly. If he thinks you reciprocate, there’s a pretty good chance he’ll just start kissing your hand in greeting to test the waters.

- He’s the cheesiest of romantics! Flirting is very much within his repertoire, but usually it takes the form of the same good-natured teasing he gives all his friends. (Sprinkled with more inside jokes.) He may seem a little laid-back in his responses to romance--but he definitely went a little misty-eyed the first time you handed him an entire book of letters and poetic musings. (You can expect to be hearing a lot more new music from his lyre in the following weeks because he’s got a lot of catching up to do.)

- He’s a physical love bug too, and will gladly cling to you like ivy if you let him.
