I love how Marge is always so lovely and understanding every time she finds out about Gale and Bucky in fanfics. She’s visibly, deeply hurt, like- Gale is the love of her life, and yet she always says something so supportive; stands by him and against the way the world treats men like him. ‘Cause you can't imagine Marge being immoral and going against principles that are bigger than themselves, only because she’s upset.
I just love Marjorie and It makes me really happy that the fandom didn’t demonize or reduced her to an inconvenience to be between the Bucks. She’s Buck’s friend after all, and she is a person independent from him.
KEEP MARGE YOUNG AND SWEET

sometimes i think about the history of coffee culture in islam and how it spread like it’s so funny
discovered by sufis who decided it was a miracle from Allah since it allowed them to stay up late into the night for night worship
miracle beans = UNLIMITED DHIKR
cue scholars debating for years about whether it’s haram or halal and if it should be classified as an ‘intoxicant’ or not
fast forward to 16th century ottoman empire, where a woman had the legal right to divorce her husband if he failed to provide her with enough coffee
europeans called it the “mohammaden gruel” or “devil’s drink” bc they believed it to be a “bitter invention of satan and his followers”
fast forward to pope clement viii finally giving in and tasting it to see what the hype is about and then stating: “This Satan’s drink is so delicious that it would be a pity to let the infidels have exclusive use of it.”
pope clement viii then proceeds to BAPTIZE THE COFFEE BEANS
I'm not a psychology researcher, but my guess would be that the nature of it being a time-limited puzzle game where you have to juggle multiple factors means that your short-term memory gets filled and the traumatic images are "dumped" in favor of remembering how many times to rotate the L piece. "As soon as possible" is probably because the sooner you do it, the less likely it is to become part of your long-term memory.
If that is true, then other time-limited activities where you have to remember and plan in a tight time frame may serve a similar purpose.
adding that you can play tetris for free on the official website and it works on mobile
the link for anyone who wants it or you can google play tetris and it’s like right there
you get an ad before hand but that’s about it :)
thinking about how so many parents who give their children to the jedi order did so because they want their kids to be raised safely, to have the care that their first family can’t give them, to be loved and understood by their peers and teachers and guardians; how much devotion and pain goes into that decision; and how that means so many jedi become part of the order due to the ultimate expression of love without possessive attachment
by bringing their child to the jedi they follow the most sacred tenets of the order, and how can you become a jedi and do any less than that when the path that brought you to your family is the one that the jedi aspire to follow? what better example of selfless love than the one that gave you your home?
I figured it out.
Good Omens. What we do in the shadows. Our Flag Means Death. Spiderverse. Barbie.
They’ve developed a new way to kill off gay people. Death by pure excitement.
