STOP USING "/NONGENDERED" NEXT TO AN EXPLICITLY GENDERED WORD TO TRY AND BE INCLUSIVE.

you cannot just say "dude/bro/lads/guys (nongendered)" and get rid of hundreds or thousands of years of social connotation around those words. it simply does not work that way. either find gender neutral terms to use, and be kind to people who get dysphoric with or simply don't like those terms, or don't say anything at all.

while we're at it, stop using "handsome" as a default compliment. it is also gendered. consider "beautiful" "awesome" "incredible" "amazing" or any other hundreds of words.

and if you're going to argue and say "but these aren't gendered! i use them gender neutrally!" then ask yourself why you don't use feminine terms as 'gender neutral'.
