There’s two kinds of dead. The ones that lay 5 feet beneath the earth, and the ones that walk on its surface. You will surely end up being one, try not to live up being the other.

We bear the scars of the past, to curse the present, and pave the way to the future.
All man’s miseries derive from not being able to sit in a quiet room alone.
Blaise Pascal (via classicwriters)

« I'd love nothing more than to cover my face Forget who I am and get out of this place »
A machine, Built to fill up empty spaces Inside, Delighted he asked
What is the meaning of this, It Tweeked And seemed to look at him “To live. forever”
It tweeked, And seemed to look in him “to live. forever. as you”
There’s something about sadness that people doesn’t seem to understand. At first, when you come to meet for the first time of your life, in a the form of the loss of a grandparent or not having pizza for lunch, you despise it, you hate it, you run from it. You feel miserable and you know you are. But over the years, when you seem to get to face it once in a while, you start developping a perverse love for it. You search for it, you compile it, you listen to it and then you understand it. When you’re sad you’re not miserable, when you’re melancholic you will not hang yourselft at the end of a rope. If we hang on to sadness, it’s not because we’re miserable little human with no clue about all this, we just understood that all things are not meant to be beautiful. All links are not meant to be unbreakable. All lifes have an end. Melancholy is the memory of all those we’ve lost, all the promises we broke, all the tears we shed. We dive into her arms, not because we’re miserable, but because she reminds us that we’re never alone.
All the parts of me that lived inside Are drowning in the sea of waking life They don't know their colors don't belong on the outside They don't know their colors don't belong

And you keep linguering, where you don’t belong Because nowhere feels like a home When you never felt home

« Sometimes it's hard to say even one thing true When all eyes have turned aside They used to talk to you And people on the street seem to disapprove So you keep moving away And forget what you wanted to say » Let us mourn all the ears that were once listening, And  the doors that were once open, For the ears they all turned deaf And  the doors turned blind.
« the most difficult part of facing the truth, is digging into the layers of lies you hid your weakened heart beneath. »
« how pathetic can it be, people leave, life goes on, and you hang in there still not wanting to let go, how  patheic can it be ... »
gaps were closed and shapes lost, united under cubic shapes we, who once were a blur in a the night sky are now but a pin in a torrent of mediocrity
they observe, they see, the collapse of humanity.
Time spent, time lost, time you lost feeling lost
