AU Where Katherine and Elena meet on the other side while Elena is in her eternal slumber. After 60 years of being stuck with Katherine, they’ve actually bonded and Elena has cracked. They mutually agree to get them both back into bodies, so, Katherine being the one with the traveller blood in her, takes Elenas body, then finds someone to be Elenas shell. Elena gets into this new girls body (or, even, Katherine gets herself into the other body and pulls Elena through to her own), and from then on, they become a chaotic duo.

Muse A is the newly married wife to the King of their land. As Queen there are certain duties she must perform. Such as managing the castle, hosting diplomats and other royalty, and, most importantly, provide the kingdom with an heir. But try as she might, and how often, Muse A can’t seem to get pregnant at all.

Desperate, and fearing the wrath of her husband if she doesn’t give him a child, she turns to her trusted knight and confidant Muse B for help. He looks enough like the King or his family for it to pass. And as long as she continued to have sex with her husband, and they were careful, no one would be the wiser. After much pleading a reluctant Muse B agrees and the pair conspirer their affair in secret to give the kingdom what it wants.

Mystic Falls, Virginia. A town that seems to attract the supernatural. A group of friends found themselves pulled into that world—but in a small twist of fate, Caroline Forbes was never turned into a vampire. Damon still fed her his blood to save her, but Katherine didn’t kill her. After Caroline was dismissed from the hospital, both her parents decided it was best for Caroline to go live with her dad for a while. But while her friends didn’t tell her anything about the supernatural, it wasn’t long before her dad filled her in. He trained her–taught her how to fight, and how to take down the supernatural. Now, it’s six years later, and Caroline has come back to Mystic Falls–this time, knowing that the supernatural tends to lurk there. What she hadn’t expected was to find out just how involved her friends are.

This is an AU verse set after season one of the vampire diaries. caroline never turned. most of the big canon moments (the sacrifice with klaus, elena turning, etc.) happened, but in a way in which caroline was not involved.
