Guess what?

Got better for a while. Lost weight in a healthy way. Was dating this guy 24yrs older than me (I know delulu).

Then he broke up with me. Gained back all the weight. And here I am thinking 'if I was better it could have worked out'.

i tried so hard to eat normal and lose weight in the 'healthy way' but i gained 4kg (9lbs) in a week..

aim low enough . don't try to lose 20lbs in a week. that's simply not gonna happen. if you do? well surprise surprise : it doesn't work out and you're only going to be more disappointed in yourself. set high goals but with a decent probability of succes.
