Friendship Isn’t Always Magic

tl;dr version: The “leader” of a group of friends I was in had decided to make a discord server, named Freedom Fillies Family. It was a chill place at first, but our dear leader, best known as Treppy, decided to make it public and wanted to build a community out of the server. He soon implemented a mandatory weekly post requirement on the server staff and a little later on, added in mandatory weekly events, largely to drive server activity. These quickly became an issue and he became increasingly hostile over people not hitting their quota. I rarely did, but I was higher than other members, so they got a lot of shit for it. These three other staff members ended up stepping down or leaving at different points. The hostility over post counts grew into regular threats of being banned from the server and just shitty treatment in general.
