my mental illnesses r none of ur business. all i will say is i am most likely plural after years of denial. we all share the same name and pronouns other than some who dont use pup pronouns but dont mind them being used on them. however 1 of us is determined to detrans us. she doesnt show much thankfully. being plural wont be very noticeable to u other than changes in behaviour and an inability to remember certain events or conversations

I wanted to reblog this again and add because I was reading through the tags and I think it's an important reminder:

1) It is not more politically correct in any way shape or form to say "unalive" as opposed to saying someone was killed, murdered, committed suicide, etc. In fact, I would argue in a lot of cases it is less correct than saying the accurate term because it is reducing the severity of whatever happened in a manner that feels mocking, though that's my personal opinion. As a survivor of CSA/Rape, if someone in real life refered to what happened as "grape", I would probably tell them off.

2) To the people saying it will get your video delisted/taken out of the algorithm/removed from tiktok or YouTube, no it will not and I would be skeptical of the creators who say it will. There's very little valid data to support that. Don't quote me on this, but I believe at least part of the idea of being blacklisted or removed from search results stemmed from a rumor started by Gabbie Hanna, so not a particularly legitimate source. Pleast be sure to vet your sources better and not take what they say at face value. For the most part I have stepped away from Tiktok, but I don't recall them having anything forbidding any language in their rules except for derogatory language. (Even then, there are audios allowed on the platform using slurs like the n word or "fag" so I doubt you'd see consequences for saying kill or murder or death, etc) And on YouTube they have content guidelines. Nowhere does it say in their guidelines that you can't say the word death, kill, murder, etc - there was a stipulation I believe for certain slurs and intense swearing within the first seven seconds of a video that I believe has since been removed. There is also the standard derogatory language statement (which, again, I have heard plenty of creators reclaim the n word or "fag" and still be monetized just fine). In fact, YouTube has a specific guideline on Suicide within content that explicitly doesn't ban talk of it, just states not to show methodology or explicit imagery. On fact YouTube's content guidelines are publicly available and are very specific on most topics.

3) To the people saying they are "self-censoring for triggering topics" you are actually doing a massive disservice by not just using the word. Quite a few websites allow you to block terms and tags. So, if I say "suicide" on tumblr, it will be filtered as a blocked post that says "contains the tag [tag]" and the person checking will have to manually choose to view it. However, do you know what slips through that filter? "Su/cide" and "kms" and "kys" and "sewerslide" and "unalive", etc, etc. You are actively making it harder for the person who is triggered by the topic to block that topic by making them play guessing games to figure out what terms they have to filter. Knock it the fuck off. Additionally, to the people arguing that just seeing the word "suicide" or "murder" can be triggering to some people: assuming that yeah there is someone who cannot stand the sight of the word, if they are to that level, I would certainly hope to know it's probably wise to give the whole topic a wide berth for their own well-being. Regardless, you can't necessarily hold someone talking about suicide/murder responsible for them seeing the word if they are talking about the topic and are not doing the aforementioned thing of making the person triggered jump through hoops to guess what tags they need to block. It is a moot point to argue this when reasonable accomodations have already been made, and adding silly, unserious self-censoring words, again, just makes it harder to entirely block that information.
