I was really hoping that the one spoiler I saw from Oliver’s account was not true but damn it. why on earth did they have to go and kill Bobby!!

the show’s not going to be the same without him and Bobby’s death hit me harder because he reminds me of my dad. watching firefighter shows as the daughter of a fireman hit different. Bobby embodied so many emotions my dad had that watching Bobby die felt like I was losing my dad again.

also the Hozier song at the end didn’t help at all!!!

side note: I thought Dean Winchester was the worst I cried over a TV character dying…. he’s been moved to spot #2 now

according to the staff commentary for this episode, the script actually called for heavy traffic to be rushing past Dib and Zim in this scene, which is why they’re shouting at each other, and you can even still sort of hear the sound effects but then, for whatever reason, in the finished episode they just forgot the cars
