There is no certainty, only adventure.

I'm 20 years old. I will forever be alone. Currently living where I first took my breath, Italy. But my heart will forever be in New Jersey. I'm simple, I get fascinated easily. Doesn't take much to satisfy me. I love the outdoors, nature, but I'm not a tree hugger. I like to sweat and get dirty. I wish more people did. Music is not a big part of my life. I could live in silence for the rest of my living days. My mind's logical, but my heart continue to swim in a pool of hopes and dreams.

Just skyped with my brother and my auntie.  I asked if they were prepared.

My aunt answers, "Yes, we have birthday candles."

Mind you...

We have big windows that should probably be covered. My brother said he will once he get out of work at 10pm. 

My brother was drinking the last bottle of water around the house. 

The fridge is empty. 

AND THEY EXPECT TO SURVIVE OF OFF BIRTHDAY CANDLES!

I'm scared for my dog.  I miss that little shit.

  I do hope that everyone will be spared from harm. Specially for my friends and family in New Jersey and New York. Just got so worried out of nowhere. Literally in a matter of a second, my mood switched. And they're there, making a joke out of it all. 

Thoughts of me being there. Even with this hurricane, I'd rather be in Jersey. I'd be the one my friends are calling crazy for walking in the middle of it all. I could never stay at my own house for more than 3 hours.
