While he could’ve fought back, and should’ve, he refrained for now. This was still his younger brother and didn’t want to add more fuel to this inferno already. Klaus just let Julian shove him around, then grunted on impact. 

“Eli is your dad. Why would I lie? You  are obviously stronger- I’m not even  trying to fight you…”

Klaus put his hands down and hoped that Julian would take the cue and calm down.

“C’mon, let’s go see him…you can ask  him yourself.”

     As Klaus spoke, Julian's grip on the man's collar tightened, his cold gaze not leaving the other. Something was telling Julian that he shouldn't do what this guy is offering and yet. Julian was honestly curious. Only Julian and his mother knew the origins of his dog tags so how could this man, this stranger, know? But what really confused him was how this man claimed that his father was alive.

     He had to be lying. This had to be some form of trap. But in the end Julian decided to humor him. Klaus can always be killed later, regardless of what Toledo has asked in the past. With that thought, Julian loosened his grip and shoved Klaus aside so he could lead him to this Eli person. "Show me."
