Week 27 NASCAR RPF Roundup
three's company, by @danifesting, Dale Earnhardt Jr./Shane van Gisbergen/Connor Zilisch. Rated E, posted 6/28/26.
Connor wins Watkins Glen on a beautiful last lap pass. It doesn't take Dale long to find him post-celebration in victory lane.
"You want someone to watch us?" Dale asks Connor, mouth pressed close to his ear from behind. "I think you do. Maybe you want Shane? Maybe Jesse? Maybe both. Whoever you want Connor. You earned it."
Relay Coil, by @htt-words-mode, Shane van Gisbergen/Connor Zilisch and Dale Earnhardt Jr./Shane van Gisbergen/Parker Kligerman. Rated E, posted 6/29/26.
Dale had the right idea about this one from the start: Parker should be told they had a spectator, but not who. For Connor, who had first met Parker out there on the MX-5 grid and gawked at his handsome face as a 15-year-old, this would be a horny adolescent dream come true. For Parker, who had first met Connor as a kid who couldn't legally drive on the streets of Charlotte yet, it would probably be kind of a boner-kill.
"Shane?" Connor asked as he reclined the seat. "Have I thanked you lately, for not keeping up with FIA Euro karting or spec Miata stuff while you were in Supercars?"
"Three or four times this week," Shane said, smiling warmly down at him through the rolled-down window. He got that almost-shy look, admitting: "Looking forward to this."
What it feels like to win, by AO3 user boejangaro, Corey Heim/William Sawalich. Rated M, posted 6/29/26.
Corey Heim finds himself in a hotel room, alone, after getting drunk with Dale Jr after the race. He receives a normal and innocent congrats message from William Sawalich. This leads to the aching feelings hes felt for the younger to rise unbearably, until eventually he cant contain the cravings he has for the boy.
the gentle voice that talks to you won't talk forever, by @soliarsism, Ross Chastain/Connor Zilisch. Rated E, posted 6/29/26.
Ross takes a sip before speaking. “I’ll be honest, I’m definitely not the only one who wrote your name down. Hell I would be shocked if one of the other guys didn’t pick you. You weren’t a choice for Daytona anyways. Plus, you’re technically a rookie.”
“Pick? Why the fuck would I be picked for that?”
“You don’t get it, do you? It’s the Celebration Room, Connor. For me. You were an option, so I picked you.”
a different point of view, by @danifesting, Dale Earnhardt Jr./Shane van Gisbergen/Connor Zilisch. Rated E, posted 7/2/26.
"Well, Shane," Dale says as they exit Victory Lane after his O'Rielly's win. "What are you up for?"
can you read my mind (i've been watching you) by AO3 user sapphireshore, Kyle Busch/Chase Elliott. Rated E, posted 7/2/26.
Sometime in the middle of the 2019 season, Kyle and Chase have sex. And they kept having it.
This time feels different, though.
he's gonna save me, call me baby, run his hands through my hair by @butterflyblaney, Ryan Blaney/Tyler Reddick/Bubba Wallace. Rated G, posted 7/3/26.
Tyler loves having his hair played with, luckily Ryan loves to run his fingers through it.
Depth Recorder, by @htt-words-mode, Shane van Gisbergen/Connor Zilisch. Rated G, updated 7/3/26.
As the year C.Y. 318 comes to a close, 21-year-old Connor Zilisch is an ace mechanosports pilot with a bright future ahead of him. One month from now, Connor will be known to the public as the only survivor of a passenger shuttle explosion. Six months from now, Connor will disappear.
His family and friends in orbit will never see him again; only the broadcast listing the criminal charges against him, and his likely co-conspirators. The next story on the news will announce that another star pilot and his longtime technician, Max Verstappen, have been abducted by political extremists from Earth. Down on the planet's surface, flat and barren in the center of North America, a smuggling ship lands after a two-day journey...
