i feel like people forget too often that steve didn’t actually like. Age when he was frozen. A thing I looked up said he was twenty seven when he went under but that depends on the canon and I also don’t know if that’s accurate BUT-

irregardless they woke up this twenty seven year old who is, to himself, fresh out of a massive war and self sacrifice, gave him a few months, then aliens were invading and everything happened at once all the time. Tony is more than ten years older than him. We treat him like his chronological age and so does everyone else, even bucky can’t relate cause he was awake during those years at least some of the time, and I just-
