Hey Class',i was wondering: Have you have any headcanon names and background for the "other parent" of the main cast? I mean people like Hunter's mom,Apple's dad and others parents that we know that exist but since aren't their story protagonist don't know who they were before
HEHEHHEHE im acually so glad that you asked me that cus i have several headcanons and backgrounds for almost all of them!
-Let's start with someone I already talked about: King consort Cassian White, or as I like to call him King White, aka Snow Whites prince charming. I made the whole post about him while talking with @aniovandoblog, and it's this one.
-Now, for Huntsman's wife, I also briefly mention her in this post about Huntsman's growth. Her name is Hazel Blackwood, and, as I mentioned in the post, she was basically the only girl in her family. She was very cherished by her father and brothers, which wasn't really in the huntsman's favour when they met. He started “courting” her, or whatever is the version of flirting called among common folks, because he wanted her to be his little traditional wife (think of teenage huntsman as Gaston from Beauty and the Beast) and she was taking non of that shit, the only reason why they got married later was becase huntsman fell in love with her hard, like really fucking hard and she did not wanted that mysoganistic version of him so either he change or she’ll leave. He did change for the better for her, but it was too late, her family never really warmed up to him due to his past behaviour, and to be honest, her father is ready to kill him with his own ex for one wrong step. So basically, they are “I can fix him”, but with her help, he eventually fixed himself for her. (Oh, she would have loved Ashlynn)
-About Hopper's mom: I know that neither of his parents is talked about much, but I'm gonna talk more about his mom because she’s his non-fairy tale parent. Basically, his father, Henry Cronkenhouse, is just like him, extremely awkward prince with social anxiety whose nose is always in books and his mother, Zara GoodWitch, is the younger sister of the Galinda the good witch of the south and is what you would call light witch (witch whos powers are based on light/day/sun) and she is everything Henry is not, self-confident, social, popular and kind. To sum it up, they are a loser prince x popular witch. His family was also hesitant around her because it doesn't matter that she’s “the good witch”; she’s still a witch. Unfortunately, their son is an exact copy of his father, both physically and mentally and with no powers. She likes to joke that “if she didn’t give birth to him, she would never believe he is her own son”, ofc she says that JOKINGLY, and she LOVES HIM VERY MUCH, unlike some parents (looking at the specific parent here)
-now I would like to add just a little bit of Rupanzel's story here even though I have much more to talk about, but this is getting kinda long, so… Rapunzel, or Cressida O'Hair, was the exemple of everyting princess is suposed to be like (an acuall princess) she was elegent, clever, always well dressed, responseble, well educated in politics, econoly, languges, other cultures and manners, and acually wanted to help her people (all of them, whether they were aristocrates or comoners). So naturally some of the students called her stuck-up, no-fun, dry-humoured and too serious princess, but she couldn’t care less what they said (quite literally, girl did not give a fuck). Her future prince, Adam, was actually a comoner, the son of the blacksmith, with a brave heart and a strong sense of justice. He left his hometown because he wanted to find his own path in the world, then he helped some people by defeating some kind of evil sorcerer that was terrorising their village, and they named him a hero. problem? the evil socores wasnt teroraising just the village as he thought but the major part of the land and the word of a handsome new hero spread quiqly and the overwalming fame was to much for him so he saw a tower that looked abanded and decited to hide there until his fame died down.” finally im safe-OH! I am so sorry miss i didn’t know anyone was here. Can i please hide here for a two or three days and then i would leave. i promise i wont bother you, please i am despre-“sure” and that's basically how they met. Now, what made a proper princess say yes to being alone in a tower with a man she did not know, let alone to let him spend the night? boredom and being in total social isolation, also she had a dagger below her pillow and knew how to choke someone with her hair so she was not really scared (for self defence ofc, like i said she’s not stupid) so they spend their days just chiling together and telling stories while they waited for her prince to recure her, eventualy they became bored and decided to leave themself and that when she relized he was her prince all alonge. Now, how was it even allowed for a future queen to marry a commoner? Well, the fact that he became a famous hero came in very handy. Cressida named him a knight, and he worked really hard from there to get to some title that would help him be together with her (general), eventualy Cressida just used the excuse of "destiny" and him being "her hero and one true love", and the royals bought it.
Now this is getting too long, which is a shame because I still didn’t get to talk about a lot of them, and I can't wait to write about my ABSOLUTELY FAVOURITE ocs, which is basically bawolf's pack. I have been doing an unhealthy amount of deep research while making badwolfs pack, different which covens and the hierarchy of the Faes to make them as accurate as possible (to what exactly? idk) and to fill the plot holes, but I have decided to make a separate post about animals, Faes, and other magic users trying to sort of make them make seans.
If you wanted to ask about a certain character that you had in mind that I missed, go ahead, I would be happy to answer
