Ingredients: 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into chunks. 2 tbsp olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 onion, chopped. 3 carrots, sliced. 3 potatoes, diced. 2 cups beef broth. 1 cup Guinness beer. 2 tbsp tomato paste. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1 bay leaf. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat. Brown the beef pieces all over in a pan. Put the beef in the slow cooker. In a slow cooker, put in the potatoes, onion, carrots, and garlic. Put tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the Guinness and mix well. Add the mix to the slow cooker with the beef and vegetables. There should be no leaks. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the beef is soft. Enjoy while hot!

Ingredients: 1 kg chicken wings. 3/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tbsp rice vinegar. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp ginger, grated. 1 tbsp sriracha sauce. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. 2 tbsp cornstarch. Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Put garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sriracha sauce, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Over medium heat, bring to a simmer and stir every now and then. The cornstarch and water should be mixed together in a small bowl until a slurry forms. Before cooking for about two minutes, add the flour to the sauce and stir it in. Take it off the heat. In a big bowl, put chicken wings. Toss the wings in half of the sauce to coat them. Stack the wings one on top of the other on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. To make wings crispy and cooked all the way through, bake them for 35 to 40 minutes and flip them over halfway through. In a small saucepan, warm up the rest of the sauce while the wings are in the oven. Move the wings to a serving platter when they are done. Add the rest of the sauce and top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy while hot!

Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, lime zest, and lime juice until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Divide the batter evenly among the mini Bundt cake molds. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow the cakes to cool in the molds for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. For the lime glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled mini Bundt cakes. Garnish with fresh berries and additional lime zest. Serve and enjoy!
