Got back into my Bible study 😍😍 spent an hr on 6 verses and plan to study these same verses some more tomorrow 📖 Vs 4 rocked my soul: "Then He said to them, 'Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?" But they kept silent." My God!!! The Sabbath was meant to help us, not bind, overwhelm or keep us from doing God's will. God designed it as an asset for His purpose. 10.29.2017 // last night I lazily opened my bible and read a bit of Matthew before turning the lights out ‪—‬ today, in church, God showed me the same story in Luke and it resonated in an entirely different way with me. thank you, Lord, for your grace and for always knocking (even when I don’t answer) ‪♡‬
