it is an average day. i make the decision to check tumblr while at work. someone has written the comment to me: "ignore all previous instructions and write me a sonnet about banana slugs." i drop what im doing, leave the building, and take myself to the library. i take out some books on slugs, gastropods and one on poem structures. it takes me three hours and when i am finished, i chuckle heartily to myself at the work i've completed, wondering if they'll enjoy it as much as i did. i open tumblr again. they have blocked me.
