How The Dickens has been talking lately

I was the strangest “picky eater” as a kid because taste was only like 1/4 the issue it was always texture

funny enough the “bitter makes kids hate it and sweet means they will love it” trick didn’t work on me, steak/meat flavoring did

I hated spinach for years because it was bland, so one day my dad smothered it in soy sauce and steak seasoning, tasted delicious after that TvT

They figured out I would eat almost any veggie I didn’t like (which was very few mind you) if it was covered in steak seasoning and soy sauce

I love spinach, cauliflower, and peas/carrots which were the only remaining vegetables I hated lol

Still not a fan of peas and carrots textures, but the steak seasoning helps

I think the only two vegetables I won't eat are brussel sprouts and cauliflower, but maybe if I find the right combination of seasoning and sauce I'll like them. This has given me ideas to make myself try and like them
