Dear Tumblr

I have a dark secret. I’ve never honestly read a book in my life. I just read what I had to and it pained me to do so.

Well let me not be over dramatic. I have read books but so few I can count them in my hands. I never read the kids books everyone did. Harry Potter barely, Tree House, nope. Which is why I am taking you all on a journey with me to get me a reading groove. I once saw this NFL player tell his story about how he began to read from the very beginning, how it began with picture books and then to more complex series. I wanna be like that dude, so I too am Re-starting my reading journey and beginning with a few teen books!

Now let me be clear. I’m not a fan of teen books as much as the next person just because it deals with the same story, boy/ girl falls in love with girl/boy and they must face obstacles together or whatever. It’s lame. Because they always end up happy at the end. No sad ending to one or another, no abrupt end that leaves you just guessing the ending or making one yourself. It has to be well done with a bow and I hate it. I want The Sopranos type of ending I want Fitzgerald type of sadness...

But if I want to make it to thicker smaller word books I have to start with the bigger word printed ones first. So wish me luck you books worms!! And also if y’all have any recommendations on any books I would gladly take it.

Shallura has been a big big ship for six seasons. Do you think people are just going immediately stop shipping some of their favorite characters because they suddenly and unexpectedly without any evidence prior to S7 told us that Shiro was gay?

Shipping is not equivalent to real life!

Also people are saying it’s been confirmed he’s gay but… It really has not and they also said in interviews it’s more up to the interpretation of viewers.

So please just stop. Also people forget ships don’t have to have any basis in Canon whatsoever to be a ship.

Lord it’s no wonder this fandom has such a horrible reputation!
