This chocolate cake had a glaze on it made from melted chocolate and icing sugar and it held up pretty well. The actual cake was pretty dense due to a little over mixing and accidentally putting in too much coco powder... but in the end I fixed it and it came put dense and tasty absorbing all that glaze while still leaving a shine. This chocolate cake is vegetarian which and dairy free which is great if you want cut back on butter and eggs or if you don't eat them like many Hindus don't. You could argue it's vegan but chocolate has milk and flour has gluten so it comes close if you can switch it out and try it that would be awesome!
