ooo...new oc and potential story concept????? a disgraced academic named Solomon Farrow (based on Jeremy Irons in the movie Beautiful Creatures, so suave, well-spoken Southern gent) obsessed with the occult and arcane rituals happens to summon this otherworldy, eldritch being that binds itself to him??

he starts calling the creature 'Eden', and Eden isn't a malevolent being, but her ignorance towards humanity and tendency to lash out when frightened can make her inadvertently dangerous. But she holds an immense curiosity regarding humans and human societies (and may or may not be into fashion...)

Basically The Little Mermaid but with eldritch horrors and Dark Academia with a sprinkle of Southern Gothic vibes...also monster romance heehee.

I made some rough concept sketches of Eden that I may or may not post here now, or wait until I make some more polished sketches but we shall see!! Just know that she is Creature - because i need an actual MONSTER girl to add to my rogues gallery, tbh....
