Use for RP/AU SMP character submissions (Preferably with credit). With My Art You CANNOT:

Use in training generative A.I., nor anything of the like.

Use my art/designs in NFT/crypto creation/distribution.

Sell merch/things without my full written permission.

Claim my art/designs as your own.

Terms of Service:

Any and all payment must be in USD, or equivalent [through Ko-Fi/cashapp]. I DO check conversions before beginning work or accepting payment.

I run on 50/50 payment for my work. This means 50% before I start, and 50% after the piece is completed. After I have reached the lineart stage on your piece, I will no longer allow full refund, instead keeping the first 50% of costs + giving you the uncompleted piece.

Please for the sake of my sanity, provide all revision requests BEFORE I begin rendering a piece. ONLY 6 alterations per piece.

Refunds can/will be made if I am unable to finish the piece or a month/two [months] have past with no commission updates.

Attempts of chargeback after fully consenting to work with me [and after I begin work], are disrespectful and I will pull out of working on your piece as well as blacklist you from future commissions. If chargeback occurs, I reserve the right to recycle the piece as I see fit.

Tips are not necessary, but are incredibly encouraged as this is one of my very few sources of income that is reliable.
