Unpopular opinion but indigenous people are allowed to be uncomfortable with outsiders learning our languages and we're allowed to discuss that without people accusing us of trying to kill our own cultures.

And, just for the record, other indigenous people disagreeing with our opinions on languages doesn't negate what we say. Indigenous people are allowed to disagree with each other and discuss these issues without random outsiders butting their noses into intracommunity issues.

i feel like im not really destined for anything. i feel like im gonna be stuck here in the midwest my whole life because i don’t have any special skills that would allow me to go somewhere else. i have no money, no car, and no plan for life. i don’t know what i’m doing. i know i want to leave, but i don’t know how to do that. to be honest, i think i’d be too scared to leave. i don’t know what to do.
