•Huo Guo (Chinese Hot Pot)• Traditional Chinese Hot Pot with Meat and Vegetables, paired with succulent Chinese chicken Dumplings (the bomb!). It was our first try and we're amazed! Hotpot is all about dipping/cooking your meat for a few seconds on the soup and you're good to go! The thin slices of meat was served frozen but really tender when cooked. It's a perfect group meal for those who wants to try hotpot in Doha. 😋😋 FYI: The soup is divided into spicy and (probably?) dashi broth. We've chosen Beef for the meat (ended up ordering 6 servings!) and a mix of bean curd skin, white radish, chinese cabbage, enoki mushrooms (aka needle mushroom) and coriander. PS: It's completely different from Japanese Shabu Shabu because of the broth.
