Today I went off. Last night I did too. But i'm gonna have days like these. Tomorrow no excuses. I'm going back strict and working out twice. NO EXCUSES. No more Junk or crap. Protein veggies and fruits. No junk. Let's do it.

Does anyone use P90x on here?
hey! so I just started this blog. And it's all about motivation and health. not necessarily a workout blog, but more like a life motivation, get off the computer and do something good with your life kind of blog! I'm mainly doing it so I can motivate myself by writing in a blog and looking for motivational things online that will help me, but I would love to help people as well. How did you get people to follow you? I find getting tumblr followers very hard. Any advice? you're blog's great, btw!

You are all strong and amazing no matter what size. You will all get to your goal, Just don't give up. I've given up a handful of times and it leads to nothing but disappointment. I believe with all of your determination and each others motivation, we will all get there! Thanks for all the inspirations guys :D
So this week's dieting wasn't the best. And I missed two days of my workout. But tomorrow is Monday which means NO MORE EXCUSES, get up and do it!

Baked Apple & Cinnamon Chips
Directions
Remove apple core.
Thinly slice the entire apple.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place apple slices on it.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours. Flip after 1 hour
