he leans against the wall. caspian shrugged. “ i am not a genius, but i be happy to tell you what i know.” the werewolf isn’t a genius, but being a werewolf he had some knowledgeable information.

he wondered why this information was needed. then again he didn’t question it at all. caspian heard about hunters and well how some werewolves can be quite hostile. “ i hope you are alright with me sharing this. please feel free to ask more. i am an open book.”

“Don’t have to be a genius to know stuff.” Elliot laughed, eyes crinkling. “‘I've been an idiot for years, an’ it hasn’t affected me none.” Or at least it hasn’t as of late. Eliot doesn’t lose sleep over it; if he were meant to be smart, he wouldn’t be a hunter. And now here he is, in a wolf-king’s library.

“Only figured to ask since you’re a werewolf and this guy is givin’ me problems. S’not looking good, the village is losing their flock.” Both human and livestock.  So naturally it was up to him to kill the beast. “D'you have any recommendations?” Gritting his teeth, Elliot frowned then exhaled. “Y’know, it’s funny, I didn’t think I’d be rescued by a werewolf of all things.”

The day is a somewhat sombre one. Clouds span the horizon of their cottage, threatening to spill. It isn’t enough to deter the Archangel. He sat amongst the flowers, enjoying the heady aromas. Peaceful and content, such a rare emotion that he can feel without guilt, without fear that his actions are cowardly, whilst his brethren languish amongst the Heavens, watching and waiting for his return.

Rarely are they ever given a chance to properly speak their mind without the fear of blasphemy. “Raguel,” Abediel acknowledged, a bit surprised by the other’s presence. “It… has been a long time, brother.” A smile flickers briefly, his gaze somewhat hesitant. “Sit. Enjoy the day before the rain comes.”
