so, like, i really like the new pigs, but it kinda feels like mojang is making pigs even less consistent with piglins now.
like, there's already the whole ear thing (pigs should have modeled ears like piglins do), but now piglins just... don't match up with the new warm pig variant.
like, you can't convince me that a pig would evolve into a piglin before evolving into a warm variant. the nether is like... THE warm place.
idk. maybe it's like crabs and trees where piglins aren't actually related to pigs at all and actually just evolved convergently.

i'm saying that piglins look weirdly dissimilar to pigs from warm biomes considering that they themselves are pig-like entities from warm biomes. i'm saying that their texture and color are too similar to the temperate pig, not that they're too dissimilar. i'm saying that if a temperate pig were to evolve into a piglin, i would personally expect it to first become a warm pig and then a piglin.

i think dream should have been cancelled when he leveraged his audience to rig the mob vote so we got those fuck ass glow squids instead of the mooblooms the minecraft community had been BEGGING for since mooshrooms.
like i know that sounds silly but like really think about this. he just wanted to be an asshole and he KNEW he had a massive MASSIVE audience and he just wanted to do something as a show of power. idk its just really so shitty even all these years later to think about
the vast majority of the biggest minecraft youtubers that encouraged their fans to vote for one of them wanted the glow squid, and only a few wanted either of the other ones. dream had not reached the number of subscribers he would get mostly in the following year, and mrbeast literally did more than him (i don't remember for sure what he wanted but it might have been the glow squid), actually why was he even so prevalent in this?? the popular opinion among everyone besides people who like anything as long as there's flowers was that the moobloom was just a recolored mooshroom and would add nothing to the game, which is probably why it was voted out first.
