: DEFECTLASER/CHURCHLASER
To put it shortly, Defectlaser (or Churchlaser) is an alternate version of Hyperlaser from the same timeline and universe as Madkit and Traitorspace (in my interpretation).
He fled from Blackrock a week after Traitorspace's escape when he realized Blackrock might not be a great place to continue staying at. Though before he even defected, Madkit lodged an energy crystal inside his visor which cracked the glass and messes with the HUD along with the system that allows him to see. You can say they got into a small argument over something and Defectlaser managed to scramble away.
After fleeing Blackrock, he crashed at Zuka's place being the only location he could trust before moving on to stay with Katana for a while until Traitorspace dragged him into The Church Of The True Eye where the two of them stays at the dormantory they have there.
As for the current timeline, I'd say this when just recently gotten into the 'religion'.
It's suspected that ever since the visor got fractured, it sort of somewhat created a hallucination projected from Defectlaser's mind.

As much as I like to roleplay, I feel like I should set cetain bounaries.
I do not like Rocketlaser at all, the thought of it already makes me ick due to a headcanon we have.
Same goes for HyperZuka, we do allow it but not as much.
As much as I like jest and joking around, keep it to a minimum.

Hyperlaser is seen wandering through alleyways in Crossroads, shifting in one place back and forth before making a turn. What could he possibly be up to?
Although not noticed by man, you managed to spot him getting slightly closer to Theives' Rest as he kept navigating, although he seemed to hesitate to step into the light. Oh lord.
Have you been sleeping alright recenely? Lack of sleep can cause hallucinations, I'd be extra cautious though.. just in case anyone is following you or anything
