My part of the art collab I did with @pumpkinthistle :D

She crafted the beautiful sketch, and I added the lineart and colors. It's truly delightful to see how our styles harmonize, and I had a lot of fun with pumpkin’s drawing :) You should definitely check out the companion piece she’s already posted !!

I did a collab with @defloress and I’m so excited to share it with you all!

She did the wonderful initial sketch, and then I did the lineart and colours. It was such a treat to play with her sketch and so fun to see our styles meld together like this. Keep an eye out for the companion piece to this one that she’s working on :D

THE MYSTERIOUS MONKEY AWARD

We had many mysterious monkeys this TMBS Who Dunnit!

@oflightningandstars @nobodysdaydreams @pumpkinthistle All only had three people catch onto them! They were very sneaky indeed!

However, our most sneaky person had nobody directly clock them in the final accusations. Huge congratulations to our most mysterious monkey, @defloress!

THE WHODUNNIT DETECTIVE AWARD

So many people were very clever in figuring out who their friends were!

@nobodysdaydreams received second place by correctly placing a whopping eleven people. Just eeking them out, however, was a tied first place position between @pumpkinthistle and @defloress! They both figured out twelve people! Congrats!

Okay, simple question that will determine your innocence: Do you know where the title "Like we did when we were children" came from? 👀

… look. The only reason I know where that title came from is because I’m a fan of The Oh Hellos. I could never deny that. BUT! The person who introduced me to them—years ago, mind you—is none other than a known suspect. So if that’s your big smoking gun, then I say we need to look at the one who lit the match.

The one and only @pumpkinthistle is the one who got me into their music years ago, and now suddenly there’s an Oh Hellos lyric in the title of this art piece??

Coincidence? I think not.

In a lot of your Mysterious Benedict Society art, you have the lines and then you add a light splash of color over the whole piece that looks like a watercolor ... and I noticed that technique on the tree in "Like we did when we were children." I accuse YOU!
