Decided to update my top 5 Mha characters, because it’s been a long time since I shown my og one and a couple things changed since then. Anyways, here it goes:

1. Izuku Midoriya/Deku (nothing changed since the last time here, made a long post about him recently)

2.Toshinori Yagi/ All-might (again, no change here, still the GOAT).

3.Tomura Shigaraki (also no change, still love his character, his development and his parallels with Izuku)

4.Momo Yaoyorozu/Creati (originally number 5 but after some thinking I decided to move her up a spot, because I just love her so much)

5. Katsuki Bakugo/Great explosion murder god dynamight (I love this name so much. But anyways, this is probably the biggest change here as previously he wasn’t even IN the top 5 in the first place but after some thinking, soul-searching and a bunch of other reasons, I decided that I might as well put him here).

Why I think Momo Yaoyorozu is an awesome character

Momo Yaoyorozu is one of my favourite characters in My hero academia, right behind Deku, All-might and Shigaraki, so as I mentioned in my previous post about Deku, I decided to make this post talking about the things that make me love this character as much as I do (aside from me having a crush on her, that is).( @dailymhathoughts, tagging you, because you wanted to read this.)

Starting off with a smaller thing, but despite what I've said multiple times here, it was actually Yaomomo that made me want to check out Mha at first (Shigaraki vs Mahito came afterwards). I just randomly heard about the charcter one day, decided to look her up out of curiosity, saw some clips of her and she just seemed like an absolute sweetheart and I thought that maybe I'll check out her series one day. It wasn't AS big of a factor as Shigaraki but significant nonetheless.

Ok, let's move on to a more major reason, that being, as I just said, is that she's just so wholesome! Despite the fact that she's extremely rich, she treats her classmates with respect and doesn't rub her status in their faces, like one could assume she'd do. But no, she's always ready to help her friends with their issues, whether it's helping them study for a test or offering emotional support, she's always there for her friends and that is just really sweet.

Her kindness isn't the only reason I admire her though, I also love how she always manages to find a way to help out durning major events like the first war, where she was able to lock in and figure out how to stop Gigantomachia. Had she not done that, All for One would probably just beat the heroes, let's be honest here. Yeah, it was Kirishima that threw the bottle into Machia's mouth, but it was still Yaoyorozu that came up with the idea to do that and who was able to plan out how to do it. She also placed a tracker on one of the nomus that attacked them in the forest trraining camp, thanks to which, the heroes were able to track down the league and rescue Bakugo. (It also gave us All-might vs AFO which is one of my favourite fights in the series, so props to her for that). My point is, she's always able to do something to help out, even in the smallest ways (her providing materials to keep UA in the air and defending Mei from Twice clones is also a good example of that. Wish we could have seen her fight off said clones for a bit, but it's still a thing she did!).

Naturally, I have to mention her arc, as it's a pretty significant part of her and because I do like said character arc. Seeing her regain confidence after her huge loss in the sports festival was a very satisfying moment for me. Her issues didn't completely disappear as we can see in the already mentioned war arc, but as we can see, what she learned from her fight with Aizawa actually stuck with her and she was able to lead her team to success (as much as you can call what happened in that arc a success for our heroes.). We also see it sticking when after her loss to Kendo in joint training arc, she didn't go into another spiral. It's a smaller moment, but it still shows that she learned from what happened to her in the past.

Oh, and small thing, but I really admire that she's able to remember the chemical structure of what she makes, I know I wouldn't be able to do that.

Almost forgot, but honestly I also find her confidence issues pretty relatable ngl.

So, yeah, all in all, I think there's a lot to admire about Yaomomo, whether it's her kindness, her intelligence or her always managing to help out others. She's just an awesome character and definitly one of my personal favourites. Hope you liked this post! PLUS ULTRA!!!

Why Izuku Midoriya/Deku is my favourite anime character.

Since today is Deku’s birthday I decided to make a quick (long) post about why I adore his character so much (I’m planning to make a similar post for Yaomomo and maybe some other characters, but I think doing this for Izuku would be most appropriate).

Let’s start with the fact that I already had a good feeling about him since chapter one. He wasn’t my favourite yet (obviously it’s hard to say which character is gonna be my favourite from one chapter. Some characters I disliked at the beginning could and have grown to become my favourites *cough*Bakugo*cough*), but something about him in there just gave me a feeling that I’m gonna be a huge fan of his and after finishing the series I can now better name what it was that gave me that feeling (I could already name them after the Overhaul arc but that’s besides the point).

The main thing I love about Midoriya is his kindness. I’m a sucker for kind-hearted characters like Superman, Optimus Prime and Spider-man (though I do enjoy some characters on the darker side. Mainly Shadow the Hedgehog who’s my favourite Sonic character. Just a fun fact), so someone like him would definitvely be up my valley, and he in fact was. I find the way that he goes out of his way to help others, to give them relief and peace of mind (Eri,Shigaraki) and how he refuses to give up on people even when they seem too far gone or at least that’s how they think of themselfes (Gentle, Lady Nagant and, again, Shigaraki) to be very inspiring and a very heroic quality.

This leads me to his determination in helping others. This dude will NOT stop until he manages to help someone. The main example I can think of is his fight with Overhaul where even after being told by the guy who can see the future, that he dosen’t have a chance, he still tries his best to save the little girl crying out for help in Eri. And he actually manages to defeat Overhaul! His drive was so strong it defied his fate! That’s very admirable if you ask me.

His selflessnes is another trait of his I find admirable. The way he’d rather die or give up his quirk (which, mind you, he didn’t have for YEARS, which made him a target of bullying and almost made him give up his greatest dream! But luckily, he didn’t) just for the sake of others, just so he can reach the crying child inside his enemy, I can’t help but feel somewhat inspired after reading about it.

But everything I just talked about isn’t potrayed as purily a good thing, because these traits, while admirable, when taken too far, can become a bad thing. It’s showcased in the Dark Deku arc, where due to being afraid of his loved ones being hurt, he abandons them to try and stop the League on his own and it does not end well for him. He ends up overworking himself to the point where he even stops resembling a hero. He also ends up pushing All might, his greatest inspiration in life, his father-figure, away for his sake. This, fortunetly, was stoped by class 1-A coming to his rescue from his own flaws. I teared up durning this fight ngl.

Speaking of tearing up, I already mentioned it in one of my previous posts, but I LOVE how emotional he is and how he isn’t afraid to cry, especially since, the the situations where he cries are pretty damn justified if you ask me (which is why I find people who call him a crybaby to offend him annoying, I mean cmon people he was a teenager. As a person close to Deku’s age (pre-timeskip I mean) I’d probably cry in his place too. Heck, I’d probably cry even more.) and I love it. I love him being in touch with his emotions like this, it makes him kinda relatable tbh.

I also love how despite all the things that happened in his life, he never truly stopped being himself. Sure, some of his ways in being a hero have changed, mainly his attitude in dealing with villains, but at the end of the day, he’s still the sweet, kind-hearted, nerdy guy we love.

I’m also a big fan of him being just the biggest superhero fanboy, it’s a trait I find very endearing.

I think this is everything I have to say about him. All in all, Izuku is a character that I find to be very inspiring, fun to watch and very endearing. Hope you enjoyed reading this and thank you for making it this far!

Did this drawing of Deku and Superboy-prime, since I became interseted in the latter recently and because they’re both superhero fanboys I wanted to draw them nerding out over superheroes together. Well, Deku and current Prime, since the guy used to be a villain, but that’s a whole other story and he’s one of the good guys now.

Since it’s Goku day today I think it’s a good idea to finally post something about Goku on the blog called Infernapeand GOKU fan08.

Here’s a drawing I did almost a year ago of Goku in a black shirt, which is also the drawing that was my pfp for the longest time (although, my current one might actually take that spot now lol). I did mostly talk to one person here when I had this one, though

Anyways, the reason why I made this drawing is actually pretty simple: I was reading the dragon ball manga and I thought ,,man, Goku looks pretty cool with a black shirt.” So I decided, why not draw Goku in black shirt? So I did and I’m pretty happy with how it looks.

It’s been a while since I drew a Dragon ball character so here’s everyone’s favourite perfect bug man.

Fun fact: Cell was the first DB character I ever drew, even before I drew Goku! This is actually sort of a remake of that old drawing.

Happy 10th anniversary My hero academia!!! (Ok, it’s not today, but I forgot to write this).

I don’t have any drawing or anything to say, so Here’s a low effort meme I made, I guess. (First meme I ever made too).

A while ago (somewhere in july, I think?) I drew this fanart of Ash and Pikachu fighting Goku. This is supposed to be the final clash between Goku’s kamehameha and Ash’s and Pikachu’s Z-move.

Side note: this is NOT a death battle, just a friendly sparring match. Also, the reason Goku is in ssj is because I was running low on my black marker at the time and needed to improvise (and also because I did not feel like drawing base Goku again).

Oh, and fun fact, I drew this the same day @mezamun posted their comic about their fight, so that’s pretty funny.

I drew this pose of Bakugo yesterday, because I thought it looked cool and I wanted to draw Bakugo.

As I mentioned in one of my previous posts, Bakugo is a character who I had a rocky start with. He used to be my second least-favourite character. But we started learning more about him, he started to show a more human side and also started changing as a person and eventually became one of my favourite characters (he’s just outside my top 5). He actually started treating Deku with some respect and even apologized for all the bullying he did which was a pretty nice scene. His personality also certainly grew on me over time and he went from annoying me to actually giving me a good laugh sometimes (personally, he’s the funniest character in the show).

Also his final fight with AFO was pretty cool I can’t lie. And it allowed him to redeem himself in his eyes for bringing an end to All might’s career

Overall, pretty cool character and I’m proud of how he turned out in this drawing.
