pretty logical most of the time, when it comes down to a job she will focus on the task being done
is blunt, which sometimes can come off as her being rude but in truth she’s just a very direct and honest person who doesn’t like to beat around the bush
doesn’t waste time on what ifs, more focused on the present than on crying over spilled milk

bestie with Arion, tho it took him a looooong time to understand that her blank stare is her normal look and not her judging him lmao // I like the idea of Manon always having a bit of unrealised feelings for A since she doesn’t have a lot of close friends, ofc depending on the route those feeling will either grow or dissapear
she doesn’t mind Blane as long as they aren’t complaning at her. She feels like they need to get their priorities in order (but that’s also because she doesn’t pay attention to the ranking board, so she doesn’t fully understand Blanes feelings) // a bit intrigued on how the romance could happen between them, cause so far my mc isn’t feeding Blanes hate, but she also isn’t showing interest in them so I like how it would be more about the two of them learning to work together, then slowly becoming friends and then romance
doesn’t have a strong opinion on Nik but is a bit intrigued about him since he tends to blend to the background and not take center stage // the way I see their romance happening is basically them realising they actually get along well but they just never spent time together because of A and Blane. I think their relationship would have the most natural progression from coworkers/friends to romance. I can also see Manon teasing N every once in a while, which doesn’t happen very often so N should be flattered lmao
very intrigued about Kaia do to her magic + her age, but keeps her questions in as to not annoy her // I think their relationship would work a bit like Blanes, first working together just to achieve a goal, then they will start to respect each other as a person and then before they realise it, they will actually enjoy spending time together
Oh boyy, a lot of mixed feelings towards Rylan, first of all she’s a bit wary of him but at the same time worried of taking him in and him actually being innocent. Tries to keep a little of distance just in case // their stats are literally just 1 point in friendship, 1 in antagonistic and 1 in romance so I think that really says everything about them lmao, a lot of “I can’t enjoy Rylan company ‘cause their a suspect and it’s unprofessional”
and lastly I just put together a bunch of dialogues that I’m like yes this represents Manon lol
I’m on a mood of wanting to draw my mc for every single if I play 💀 I will obviously perish in the process but at least I was able to do my bb of @northern-passage
