You know, I think an underdiscussed thing about Mastermind is that, even if Stolas HAD been there for the trial...I don't actually know how much that wouldve fixed things.
Because, to get BlitzĆø OFF Stolas would have to tell the Sins the TRUTH....but the problem there is that the TRUTH is that Stolas and BlitzĆø ARE very guilty of multiple crimes.
Like, Andrealphus said himself; Stolas giving BlitzĆø the book is VERY illegal. And with BlitzĆø he not only runs an illegal buisness with illegal trips to Earth, but he also DID very much steal Stolas's grimoir (something Stella and MULTIPLE others were witnesses to.)
See that's an issue I think people ignore in that episode: BlitzĆø IS guilty of a crime, just not the one Andrealphus is accusing him of. And to get out THAT, even if he was given a proper trial, he's have to the multiple he ACTUALLY committed which might still get his dumbass killed.
Makes one wonder why Andrealphus didn't just come out and say the TRUTH of the illegal shit that BlitzĆø has been up to instead of implying some shit.
Well, basing it on the assassination attempt did get Striker immunity for his "testimony", and if he didn't get that imp's cooperation, there was a chance he'd tell who actually hired him if he got threatened.
