[ 🪀 ] what was your muse’s childhood like?
Xavier :: Pure chaos. He was a Zantosa revenant (VtM) and grew up in a huge family with too many kids. So it was elbows out or drown and get forgotten. That's still how Xavier operates. Perhaps a consequence of his upbringing but Xavier needs to be the center of attention. He's incapable of being anything else and will put himself before anything and anyone else.
Réne :: Running– or the desire to was the overarching theme. Whether that was escaping his abusive parents by spending most of his days at friends' places or seeking escape in music (listening and making). Eventually, the inability to deal with his environment and own emotions drove him to seek escape in alcohol and other substances he abused. Things he's still trying to recover from.
[ 🐺 ] does your muse have trouble relying on others? why or why not?
Xavier :: He's well aware that he needs others for certain things that he cannot do by himself and he accepts that. Sort of. He still prefers to have a trick up his sleeve though, just in case, to force them to do his bidding if necessary. Usually this involves blackmail.
Réne :: He'll avoid it if he can. He prefers to stick to himself and find his own way rather than having to rely on anyone else. They'll disappoint or worse ruin things for him (or so he thinks). Hello trust issues.
