Elian nearly jumped out of his skin at Noctis’s demand- almost dropping the cup of coffee, spilling some of it on the counter. He looked at the splash as if it was the worst thing that had happened to him, and then turned to look at Noctis, giving him an exasperated look. “Mr. Chevalier, i-it t-takes time for the coffee to brew. I don’t..don’t drink coffee that often, plea- please be patient.” Elian found a roll of paper towels and cleaned the mess, before taking the freshly brewed pot of coffee and filling the mug back up. “….but now that you are huh- here, it’s easier for me.” He pushed the coffee mug in Noctis’s direction “Black coffee, no cream or sugar.” Elian dictated.

He rolled his eyes and glanced at the other, leaning against the wall. "You should've brewed the coffee earlier, you should've known I was coming after all. Surely you knew about my coming being my secretary. Or was that all talk?" Noctis let out a snort at the comment, his voice laced with sarcasm and disdain. His displeasure could be shown as he stared daggers into the other male's back. Who was he to talk back to him? He should know, along with others, not to mess with him of all people. Ah, they'll learn soon enough what will happen when they do. It was then Elian shoved the coffee at his direction, his blank look quickly replaced with a scowl.
"Oi, is that how you give your superior coffee Mr. Alvey?"
Done with his secretary's timid nature, he slammed his fist on the table, the force large enough to knock the mug to the ground. The cup shattered into tiny pieces, coffee spilling everywhere as he stared down at him through his empty, cold eyes.
"What are you waiting for? Clean it up already Mr. Alvey. Or do I have to force you to make you use your mouth to clean this mess?"
Noctis merely stated, narrowing his eyes ever so slightly at.
