It's okay to 'grieve' things that aren't just death. I've allowed myself to grieve a friendship ending, a situationship, losing something important to me, etc. It's okay to give yourself time to process the loss of something. Grief looks different for everyone, try to find a way that works for you to help make it easier for you.

Mental Health Reminder
Hey, you. I just want to remind you that it’s okay to not have everything figured out. It’s okay to take things one step at a time. Your mental health is important, and it doesn’t have to look perfect.
Some days will be easier, and others will feel heavier, and that’s valid. Healing is not linear, and you don’t need to be “fixed” in order to be worthy or enough.
Be kind to yourself, even when it feels hard. You are allowed to take breaks, to rest, and to say no when you need to. Your feelings are real, and your journey is unique. ✨
If today feels tough, that’s okay. Tomorrow is a new chance for things to shift, and even small steps forward count. You are allowed to grow at your own pace, and there’s no need to rush.
And remember: It’s okay to ask for help. You don’t have to carry the weight alone. 💕
