Hello!!

This is my side blog, even though this is also my first blog. I do lots of random stuff :)

My "main" account (just the account where I ramble about world-building) is h e r e .

I've been an artist my entire life and feel really passionately about my OCs. I've been working on a Science-fiction /tragedy for about seven years now and adore world-building and niche questions, so if you have any feel free to ask on any of my blogs, really doesn't matter to me.

Honestly I keep trying to make a list of all the things I enjoy but there's way too much, so here's a list of my most coveted fandoms / franchises:

Splatoon

Hollow Knight

Rain World

Squid Game

Sci-fi as a whole

Aviation (Specifically targeting jets)

The Trout population (I'll also slip in Garry's Mod. I know it's basically just a sandbox game but I love it and it also encompasses Half Life which is a fandom I'm trying to get into as well.)

If something you enjoy is not on that list, then there's no harm in asking anyway! I know about a whole ton of different fandoms, and even if I don't know yours I'm always open to learning about new ones.

One thing im uncomfortably woke about is bugs. And im actively trying to get more uncomfortably woke. By this i mean i DO believe the normalised fear of bugs stems from both government and business propaganda. The start of household pesticide sales coinciding with the boom in insect related horror movies. The promotion of anti intellectualism and anti enviromentalism. If you're scared of bugs, you wont care about saving them. If you dont care about saving them, you wont care about saving our home, since without bugs it cannot be saved. If you dont care about saving our home, the rich can do whatever they want with the chunks of it they continue to destroy.

I WILL calmly and kindly try to help anyone who is afraid of bugs. I will show them my finds, i will explain their importance, i will tell them just how sweet and gentle and friendly they are. And I WILL shoot down any immature loser who believes senseless killing is the only possible response to not liking something.

Get woke. Love bugs.

EDIT: this breached containment. My usual like count is like 5 😭 i want to clarify i mean people who conflate fear with hate are the ones who wont care about saving our planet, like people who threaten to kill peoples pet bugs or actively kill bugs outside for no apparent reason. Not people who run away from a bee.

I've been really inspired by this one artist, @/t34-mt to devote more time into speculative biology and play around with character design as well as another mutual I'm in touch with. I'm not sure what though. I thought my one idea of microorganisms making artificial bodies (or "shells") for themselves was a pretty neat concept, but also that species isn't the main focus of my trilogy, as much as I've grown to love the design freedom I have. I want a story to write with species not akin to humans as the main focus.
