Welcome everyone:

I’m Majo, 25 years old, my main blog is @sugarynspiration (more about me here) and I'll starting using this blog as a studyblr.

I have been in a Design college for 4 years, focused on both graphic and product design, and now I'm in the 1st semester of a Marketing Major. I study English language and Arts self-taught and currently work as a marketing analyst in a company in the architecture area.

This year goals for studies is:

Do all my 1st assignments until June; Completed on June 26, 2021

Do all my 1st exams until July; Completed on July 20, 2021

Do all my 2nd assignments until July; Completed on July 17, 2021

Do all my 2nd exams until August;

Pass all subjects in the current college semester - ends in September;

Start taking weekly English class with a particular teacher - in August after my exams;

Practice draw at least 3 times by week;

Follow my monthly prompts to study illustration by myself;

Start an illustration course in person or with a particular teacher - by the end of the year;

Bonus: take drums class occasionally.

Other goals for this year:

Get approved in the trial period and be hired by the company I am working for - in July; Completed on July 06, 2021.

Do the rebranding and website of my mother's business - I must finish this in July too;

Do the rebranding of my stationery shop (which is o hiatus since the end of 2020) to relaunch as my Design Studio in 2022;

Create news products for my Design Studio launch;

Move all my organization system from ClickUp to Notion - until the end of June; Completed on July 02, 2021

Bonus: finish my portfolio website.

I intend to share not only about my marketing major studies but my experience as a designer and art student in general and still reblogging things I find inspirational (or aesthetically pleasing).

I actualize my Notion setup with the August theme (blue colored, matches my new hair).

I'm back in Notion since July and using it to organize my personal, university, and work things. I'm still changing things in the setup to adapt to my needs.

My summer semester has finally ended and currently waiting for qualifying exam. I've cleaned up and want to share with you my desk setup. Trust me I have been trying to keep it minimal, and look where it got me ha.

Professional goal accomplished:

Today I did my evaluation to be effectively hired in the company I'm working for. I have passed a 3 months trial, and my boss said my work surprised him.

Don't need to say that I'm very happy?

I really like the company and the work I do here, the team is energetic and everyone is nice.

✨ #1: Organizing a place to study. ✨

I'm starting my studies this week and the first step to being productive is to have a clean and organized place to do it.

recap // may 2021

a lovely month which definitely saw some easing of the gas pedal school wise. classes are a lot less time consuming which thankfully leaves more time for rest, horses and running. i never get tired of the moment the horses’ coats start shining and you know that summer is really coming. i did my first 8k run yesterday, which is a very wonderful note to leave may on. five more weeks of school and then it’s full focus on the house renovation and horse training. yes!
