I. WHAT IS THE VOID STATE?
The void state is a state of nothingness. It is known as the âI am stateâ in Neville Goddardâs works. It is pure consciousness and nothing else. In the void state, you can manifest anything you desire instantly. (credit - solar subs)
Youâll know youâre in the void state when you can feel / hear / see / smell quite literally nothing. Youâll also feel extremely calm, relaxed and at peace.

II. WAYS TO TAP INTO THE VOID STATE
This is how Neville Goddard tapped into the void state:
To accomplish this seemingly impossible feat you take your attention away from your problem and place it upon just being. You say silently but feelingly, "I AM." Do not condition this awareness but continue declaring quietly, "I AM - I AM." Simply feel that you are faceless and formless and continue doing so until you feel yourself floating.
This is the most simple and straightforward way of tapping into the void state. It, however, isnât the only one. So if that doesnât resonate with you, here are some other ways to tap into the void state:
⥠waking up in the void state
‷ fall asleep affirming any void affirmation or while listening to a subliminal and wake up in the void state
‷ affirm while listening to a void state subliminal or just relax and let it do itâs thing
‷ follow a meditation for relaxation or one specifically meant for the void state
‷ hypnotise yourself into a trance and affirm for the void state from there

III. HOW TO RELAX BEFORE TAPPING INTO THE VOID STATE

‷ EFT tapping is a mind-body method of tapping acupuncture points on the hands, face, and body with your fingertips.
‷ breathing techniques such as the 4-4-4 method (breathing in for 4 counts, holding for 4 counts and breathing out for 4 counts) or the 4-7-8 method (breathing in for 4 counts, holding till the 7th count and breathing out at the 8th count) is another way to relax.
‷ just follow any guided meditation you like for relaxation :)

‷ this method is present in many mediations, tense parts of your body and then relax them.
‷ these meditations guide you along 61 points of your body that are sure to make you very relaxed. theyâre also often known as yoga nidra meditations.

⥠you donât have to affirm / visualise if you donât want to, simply intending is enough

⥠one method is not better than the other when tapping into the void state, the void state is literally a method itself

⥠try affirming for relaxation before affirming for the void
⥠if youâre not sure if youâve tapped into the void state or not, try affirming something like âmy void is pinkâ. if your surroundings turn pink, then youâre in the void. if not, then youâre not.
