this is my first kindness post for different disorders so far,starting with npd (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) or npd I know its not much but I think its good

Do not interact if you think people with npd are "crazy", "narssistic" or evil, just because they lack empathy dosent make them heartless, they deserve respect and kindness just as much as anyone else does, they are actually amazing people and dont deserve hate, "cause I dont have it I can say what I want", ok well think about if you were them and you had it, would you want that hateful stuff said about you?? i wish my friends would at least remember things about me without me having to tell them over & over again about whatever it is. like my boundaries, or likes, or even something basic like my pronouns. why do they not even care enough to remember that?

i don't ask for much, right? it's not too much of an ask to have someone care for like two seconds in a conversation, right?

but if i ever bring it up, it's me who is the issue, me who should apologise, me who isn't being forgiving & understanding enough.

i'm unsure how restaurants always manage to get my order wrong, like everyone else who orders gets their thing correct, but i either end up with stuff missing, my entire order missing, or my entire order being wrong.

i am very understanding to workers and i am not blaming them, it's just like... does the universe hate me or something? why is it always me that gets my order wrong when i literally have ARFID and wont be able to eat whatever they give me that isn't correct :(

i'm either too much or too little, either annoying & clingy or reserved & cold; no in-between. i have come to accept that, it isn't an insecurity anymore.

...but my problem is that i can never tell which one would at least make me be treated better. people get annoyed either way but which one is the lesser of two evils?

if i ever figure that out i may even become a little bit tolerable, but maybe that's wishful thinking on my end...
