How to Change from being a Toxic Person

Even if you’ve hurt other people in the past, or have been the kind of person that you really don’t respect, you can always make the decision to change. The tips below might be helpful for this.

5. Check your tone of voice and the words you choose to use. These can cause misunderstandings, and cause upset or pain.

6. Don’t gossip about others; choose to build them up instead.

7. Don’t take the bait, and don’t be be pulled into an argument. Just let the comment go. You don’t need to rise to that.

8. Make the effort to be kind, and offer others your support. Also, do something that’s special, and demonstrates you care.

Hey guys. I’ll be releasing more makeup content later this week. I have some things planned. I dont like to share my personal information publicly because sometimes I get hate and overall I feel like it can be a bit unprofessional, however my mother is very very sick so I had to leave america and move out of the country. Its really difficult to balance worrying about her health and her heart could stop at any moment, and I just found out today that she may need a heart transplant. But I haven’t forgotten about you guys. I love you guys and I thank you for all of your support despite all of this. I need all the support and prayers that I can get right now. I promise I’ll make it up to you. I moved into a small studio apartment here in Honduras and Im working on getting situated and a better wifi connection because its so poor that its hard for me to work & upload content while I’m also trying to be at my moms side. Im currently at a cafe using the wifi to type this. But this week im planning to have it installed in my apartment & begin releasing Fall related makeup because I know I still have responsibilities to you.

I’ve been dealing with so much that I stopped even caring about my earnings on patreon. But at the same time I can’t just quit because I have to help my mom financially too. We’re very poor here. Ive been breaking down ever since I’ve been here. My emotions are so bad & now I just found out this transplant thing And its getting to me to the point that I have to take anxiety medicine now to calm me down. Im worried about her so much and my heart is broken. I have 4 little siblings here too that Im trying my best to take care of. Im Only 23.

Honestly it’s crazy how many people don’t know about this stuff, especially redlining and blockbusting. Like take a look at the demographics of neighborhoods in your city and then go back and look at what neighborhoods were redlined, it’s not a coincidence (in Seattle for example), that Ballard is mostly white, while West Seattle is mostly black/non-black POC.
