I think it'd be cute if Yuu has a little tradition of giving all their friends a small bag of handmade chocolates during valentine, it's not much but everyone always cherishes them.
Idia thought he should give them something in return, he has thought of three options, which are :
Option 1 - The 'Trads', aka flowers, chocolates, etc etc. Pros : It's the classics and universally liked Cons : It's so cliché
Option 2 - Interest based, basically something that pertains to Yuu's interest(s), could be a plush or action figure of their favorite character, a limited edition copy of their favorite manga, etc etc. Pros : Guaranteed to make them feel happy (and get him some affection points too cough) Cons : He's not sure if he can get the item(s) in time
Option 3 - Gacha currency. 'Nuff said. Pros : Very convenient Cons : Very impersonal and feels kind of stupid (his words)
Design ramble underneath (slight book 7 spoiler i suppose? It's a very brief mention of Lilia's past on Leona's part)
Before anything, i wanna say that i appreciate the support i gained in the last post. The tags and comments are very delightful and does motivate me ^_^
This took longer than i thought, but i do like how they look.
Leona was pretty hard to do. When i thought i finally finished her design i remembered that he doesn't like when things make his shoulders stiff. So i took some inspiration from Sirius Symboli.
I'm aware that there is no chess imagery on her (is this gonna be present with all the housewardens lmao). But i do imagine it would be on her unique skill animation. I might make an animatic of it if i'm crazy enough, but it's pretty unlikely.
I know Leona is not really a fan of formal wear but when i was going through her trivia for inspiration, i saw that he was the leader of the Sunset Warriors and i immediately thought 'war general' oh she could be a war general.
Yes that's kinda stepping into Lilia's territory but i have stuff planned. Hopefully it works out!
Jack was weird to do but i do like her design a lot. My first thought was to just cover her up with fur. Because wolf. I grew her hair out because her hair in the Twilit fit is so gorgeous. I hope she still looks like Jack.
Her accesories are supposed to resemble a crescent moon. The ripped patterns on her pants are supposed to look like claw marks, it's a bit cheesy and tacky but eh
Ruggie's scrunchie on her ear is supposed to look kind of like a mochi donut. Idk how well it looks like it. But i think she looks cute. She is also the hardest to design
I settled on the athletic wear because he once said that mobility is important. At some point her design looked too much like Ace's and so i had to redesigned her fully, i think she took the longest to design? Thanks Ruggie
Octavinelle might took a while as well, i do have their designs planned though, hope they don't cause too much trouble for me!

Trey is based off the generic baker anime girl. I was kinda stepping onto Eishin Flash's valentine design at some point but crisis is averted, i think. I think her designs a bit bland? But also that does play into her character and preferences (muted colors? Okay Trey give me nothing to work with)
Cater is kind of cluttered, but it's based off the images of girls with big hoodies/cardigans over their uniform and i thought Cater would fit that, idk. I also changed her hair because i thought it'd be cuter
Riddle is a combination of the Queen of Hearts and just a studious ??? Aesthetic idk. I will say, i'm aware that there is no present rose accessory or rose anything on her, and that is because i can't figure out where to put it without cluttering her design. I was debating on putting her hair in a rose bun situation but i decided againts it, might change later though, who knows.
Ace design is just a cheerleading outfit with a letterman jacket on top. It's like, loosely based off the hc i have for fem Ace in general. I think she would be into cheerleading for some time around middle school but thought she could play better than the people on the team she cheers on, so she joins the basketball team lol
Deuce's design is uh really simple. It's just a school uniform with a gakuran on. Like, a really long gakuran. That's it. I was debating on whether i should give her a design on the back annd i was thinking her name would be cool, but that is stepping too much into Katsuragi Ace's design and i don't want to do that. If you squint her design also kinda looks like Manhattan Cafe's
My designs just look like other pre-existing characters huh.
Designing racewears for the twst cast is surprisingly hard as they rarely talk about their personal fashion and preferences. And they usually wear clothes with their dorm uniform colors like okay they're making my job harder
I have a few designs ready to go but it's all over the place, and i wanna release all of them in order, soo yeah

Hey, sorry for being inactive for a while now, i have some ideas. But i'm on artblock right now, hehe. Also, happy pride month. I can't believe i said that at the end of the month, sorry, i feel weird posting something without art accompanying it.
I actually do have some plans for this pride but, my art block has been preventing me from starting it. And uh i have some ideas for other things too, it's just. Most of them are animations. I unfortunately can't do any of that right now (as much as i want to).
Another thing, i won't focus on one fandom entirely, and i have a habit of hopping from one fandom to another since. Forever. Right now my main interest is Wind Breaker, tomorrow? Who knows!
