Fact #374: You don’t have to come out in order to be valid. Your gender is real, even if you choose not to share it with anyone.
Faerie pls:): general read for career Im lookin for new job nearer to my place n just wanna know if ill find 1 soon. I just grad n im still figurin things out. I am just curious and clueless as to which route i should go, sci or performing arts? tysm
My faeries are nicer. If you’re really stressed about this, they’re the better choice. My daemons are very practical and pragmatic, but they’re also very blunt and to the point. So, let’s see what the faeries say..
Card 1: The Master Maker
This faerie is a craftsman. That’s his lesson, hence his name. He’s all about meticulous planning, design and execution. He’s directing you to choose a direction and stick with it. He seems to be communicating that there’s a strong sense of indecisiveness here and he’s warning you that you need to make a choice here soon. Not to rush it and haphazard it mind you, but that you need to figure out what you want and need, make detailed plans around those needs and desires and build a life out of that.
Card 2: Losgunna
Losgunna is appropriately described as the Frog Queen and the Ruler of the Muddy Waters. She represents a journey into the Unknown and a strong instinct for Exploration. She is encouraging you to explore all your options. More specifically and probably most importantly, she is expressing to me that you need to not limit yourself to one thing or the other. In making your your vital first step, as described by the Master Maker, you’d do well by yourself to explore many other things outside science and the arts. She is telling me that there’s something else out there for you. You just cannot see it yet.
Card 3: The Laume
The Laume is the leader of a type of faerie called a Laume. The Laume speaks of charity and giving. That is her lesson. She is speaking to your sense of expectation and desire to receive in this situation. It is causing a blockage in the energy around you, making you stuck.
The best fix for this kind of blockage is to let it go and let the cards, no pun intended, fall where they may, at least according to The Laume. She is clarifying that the previous bits of advice given by the other faerie are also necessary, however, not at the expense of burning out your life force.
Trying to break that energetic cycle of scarcity, perpetuated so by our capitalist culture, by being charitable, is another suggestion of hers. Abundance means more than just accumulation of wealth.

Do you do tarot readings?
They aren’t tarot in the literal sense. That is, unless you specifically request I use one of my two tarot decks. I have a Waite and a vampire deck to choose from.
What I’ve been doing are spirit oracle readings, specifically using a daemon and a faerie deck.

Hi, may I ask do you still do tarot reading? I saw one of your reading and absolute love your description and interpretation ... Thanks <3
I’ve been on this wonky unannounced hiatus, hence my horrible timing in responding to you, but yes, yes I do. That offer still stands.
Please just submit your question and I’ll ask either the daemon or the faerie depending on whom you want to answer your inquiry.
Thank you! And I apologize again for the hefty delay.

Maran
Maran (singular mara, roughly translated as “nightmare”) are terrifying female beings that haunt people at night. They crawl upon the victim’s chest while they sleep, suffocating them and sucking out their life force. If you wake up, you will be breathless and feel as if you have been smothered.
Maran can enter a victim’s home through the smallest of opening, so to prevent this one can sing hymns, blessing as much cow hair as possible and place it in the window. If a mara attempts to enter, she must first count all the individual hairs before entering, leaving her little time to attack before the victim wakes. Alternatively, flax seed can spread around the bed before sleeping and if a mara comes she will compulsively have to count all the seed.
Maran are also known to attack horses which will be found in their stall in the morning appearing to have been ridden very hard. Symptoms will include exhaustion, foaming at the mouth and a matted mane. Hanging a dead bird of prey or painting a hexagonal marker on the stall of the horse will scare the mara away.
Maran are said to be the souls of unmarried women who have died and returned to take the warmth and essence away from the living. It is also possible for any woman to become a mara at night if she is cursed. The curse comes about if a mother attempts to prevent the pains of childbirth using sorcery. A daughter will be cursed as a mara and a son will be cursed to live as a werewolf.
The transformation into a mara starts with a thick smoke that appears to come from the woman’s body, takes it’s terrifying shape and then flies off into the night. The curse can be broken if someone tells her she is a mara the moment she returns to her body in the morning but the timing must be perfect because the woman may lose a finger or toe if the curse is lifted too soon and the body has not fully transformed back to normal.

– This Was Never Supposed to Happen To You
This is probably the best thing I did in my illustration class. The assignment was to illustrate the history of rock music or a specific genre; I, of course, chose goth rock. How could I go wrong with such a visually stunning genre?
