We are fish adapted to extreme conditions of dry land:
Skin reinforced with keratine (nails/hair/feathers are basically pure keratine) for decreased water loss. ⛱️
Muscular fins for movement, four of them (tetrapod = four-feet 🦍🦖🐢)
A neck - formed by losing gill bones, thus disconnecting shoulders from skull and improving manoeuvrability of forelimbs. 💪💀
🫁 Lungs are overrated tho, they are ancestral to all bony fish - sharks/rays have no real bones; only cartilage and teeth are present 🦈🦷 - and some frogs lack 'em, instead breathing through skin (we also do that to a much lesser extent as oxygen can still be absorbed through lips, eyes and mouth... No, not enough to survive 🐸)
Now that the sharks were mentioned...
If shark is fish and goldfish is fish, then anything in between is fish... A goldfish is more closely related to genus Homo than a shark (U kno)... You belong to genus Homo... Congratulations Homo sapiens you fish now 🐡🍣!
Y'all are welcome for being enlightened 🤓
