Printing process. Technique details to note: π¦ Light pencil guidelines on paper to ensure alignment π¦ I would never in real life ink my stamp and print paper in the same area. Just for video purposes. π¦ Two hands for exact block placement; I hover and make tiny adjustments before putting down block. π¦ I always turn my paper so I can clearly see the βseamβ between blocks. The seam is always between my block and I; itβs never on the far side of the block. π¦ Press baren with direct pressure downwards. I stand on a stool to do this. This evenly distributes pressure. π¦ I wipe off my left hand thumb between every stamping. It tends to pick up and smudge ink. π¦ Some blocks have guidelines drawn on the back to help with placement. π¦ When printing with blocks that have skinny parts, use block scraps to prevent over-pressing of said skinny parts. π¦ Ink is Versacraft by tsukineko official Paper is Paperbag Kraft by cardstockwarehouse Blick is Speedycarve by speedball art. . . . . . . .
