Okay, seeking a little help here. I'm trying to finish up the dialog bridging my two mostly written parts, but I'm struggling. This is a snippet of the dialog I have so far, but I feel like it's a little forced on Bi-han's parts, like it's something he could say but I'm a little eh. I like the dialog for the Wife, but I'm open to advice on those too. This takes place right after the last snippet I gave with the poll If you need more context!
“Excuse me?!” You snarl at him. “I've been handling things just fine without you the last time I checked. Do you even know the responsibilities I have as your wife? Do you think that your duties just disappear when you leave for months at a time?” His Eyebrows furrow for a moment at your words, looking more frustrated than angry. You roll your eyes at that. (Was just gonna add the dialog at first, but wanted to include this for better scene building-also working on it lol)
Bi-han: “I-”
Wife: “Don't act like you do, Bi-han. There's a reason I'm quick to take action in situations under my control.”
Bi-han: “Anyone unwilling to give away their burdens is a fool.”
Wife: “Oh please, even if I did want your help, it's not like you'd fall through with it.”
Bi-han: “If you would speak to me, I would!”

Okay, reading back through my WIP for Bi-han arranged marriage part 2 has me giggling and kicking my feet an shit- but I gotta ask, would yall want a sweet cut off or a short spicy scene?? Be aware that spicy will take me just a lilll but longer to write!

“You should have gotten stitches.” He rumbles. Bi-han leans over to a drawer on a bedside table, opening it and taking out a wallet sized first aid kit that even you didn't know was there. You watch him carefully as he threads the needle, steeling yourself as he starts to stitch up the cut without a word. He's not rough, but he's certainly not gentle either, and you can't help but wince once or twice.
He still looks mad when he finishes, but he’s less rough with you as he wraps bandages around your hand once again. He places it back in your lap and his thumb runs over your wedding ring. Despite the permanent scowl on his face, for once you know he's not scowling at you.
“He deserved it.” You say outright. Bi-han huffs, looking up at you with angry eyes.
“That doesn't matter.” He snarls. “If you have a problem with someone, you come to me.” You roll your eyes at that. Yeah, sure. Like he's been so great at protecting you. The thought is automatic, and for a moment it has you stalling- remembering the blood of your captors staining his hands. It's brief however, and you're still angry.
“For what? I can handle things myself, Bi-han.” He gives you a sharp glare, standing up from the floor in a quick, sudden movement. You have to look up to meet his eyes, and it almost makes you frustrated at the stupid act of intimidation.
“Can you?”

Also, I've been stagnant on my Hanzo fic for so long that I'm looking for some Beta-readers to help me out and hopefully get me motivated enough to finish part 5! (I've had about half of the unedited work done for the past 2 years, and at this point I'm really sad at how long yall have been waiting ;-;)
I'd appreciate it if the beta-readers were moots, and I'm looking for around 2!
