The various sounds of the Skeetla enemies. The SFX is in the order of SFXskedbite16_a, for the biting sound, SFXskeet1_c_a, SFXskeet2_c_a_ SFXskeet3_c_a, SFXskeet4_c_a, SFXskeet5_c_a, SFXskeet6_c_a, for the chirping and clicking noises, and SFXskmove1c_a, SFXskmove3c_a, SFXskmove4c_a are for the movement sounds they make. Credit to Hugo Peters for the usage of the MusyX Player V2.0, which was used for the finding of these clips.

A video that shows some of the creator commentary on the then upcoming Gamecube, and soon to be games for the Gamecube. This is a small part of the entire video, showing only the commentary, and small clips of the games they are showcasing. In the Starfox Adventures: Dinosaur Planet clips, it shows Fox swinging the Staff, Fox arriving at CloudRunner Fortress, Scales turning around, Fox fighting a SharpClaw, Pepper in front of some ArWings, Tricky landing at CloudRunner Fortress, Scales pulling his sword out and making a threat, Fox entering a Krazoa Shrine, Peppy saluting at CloudRunner Fortress, Fox going through an early version of ThornTail Hollow (Possibly a late version of SwapStone Hollow?), just a short clip of ROB, Drakor walking through a shaft, Pepper giving the player a mission at CloudRunner fortress, Fox standing at CloudRunner Fortress, Fox running through SnowHorn Wastes, Slippy posing at CloudRunner Fortress, the ArWing flying around a few asteroids, Fox running through the CloudRunner Mines, Tricky laughing while at CloudRunner Fortress, and a few other quick clips related to the game, alongside a few other games, half of which were cancelled anyways. This is a video of Krystal using her Staff at Krazoa Palace. Due to Krazoa Palace's lack of enemies, the only poses of the animations that can be seen would be the are the ones not assosiated with combat. It should be noted that the pose Krystal assumes when standing still while L targeting is the same pose used for Krystal when she would target an enemy or object with her Staff out.
(The guy who asked about the Kiosk) I can play for like 30 minutes maybe an hour at most, then no matter where I'm at, it'll kick me back to the start screen. I'm running it alone, and it was a copy someone re-uploaded of the original (maybe they messed up?)
Well, there are a few things that could have caused it like that. Sometimes it can be fixed by making a save game on the file. It may also need to have the save game deleted, and replaced. If that doesn’t work, then it may have something to with the download that you got. That being said, it is also possible that the download is fine, and it’s just another problem that I have not come across yet. Try to troubleshoot through it a bit, or just save frequently. The settings of Dolphin itself may actually effect the way it saves, but I can’t say for certain, as it has been a while since I’ve had that problem, okay?
This is a video of the Big Skeetla in Krazoa Palace. The Big Skeetla uses the same animations as the Small Skeetla does, but with some adjustments in place to make the dorsal fin on it’s back move accordingly.
This is a video that shows the Small Skeetla in Krazoa Palace. The Small Skeetla has two animations. One for when it’s moving around, and another for when it’s seeking out it’s target. The main difference between the two would be the presence or lack of head movement. Due to issues involving the replacement of textures, the Small Skeetla uses the defult placeholder texture, which is also seen on the Placeholder Box.
So I've got the Kiosk version of Starfox Adventures, but whenever I get past a certain play time, it kicks me back to the start of the game. Do you experience this yourself, or is it just me? If you do, how do I avoid this?
If I may ask, are you running the Kiosk version of the game as a stand alone? If you are running it on a Multi Game Demo Disc, then you will be restricted by the time limit, no matter what. If that is not the case, then could you maybe be more specific on where it stops at, or how long you can play before it kicks you out?
This is the Snipluk enemy from SFA, using it's N64 model. The Snipluk character lacks the hands that it's relative, Snaplak has, which would mean that the stubs would have grown into hands as it aged, or they were a different species entirely. The inside of it's mouth is green, and it's polygon like look would support that this is an N64 model.
This is the compiled texture of what the creature apparently looks like. It's arms are notably stubs. In this variation, it largely resembles the smaller Snipluk enemy from Starfox Adventures, which spits acid at Fox when he draws near.
This creature is composed of 10 different textures, and it's coloration seems to be similar to that of Snaplak's textures, which may mean that they are related in some fashion.
This is a compiled audio clip consisting of Dinosaur Planet's audio files. It is arrenged based off of what little was heard in the 1 hour video, the implied audio cues, and the script found at RareMinon.
A few other items that can be found. The first one is Meat. It's not known where this would have been used. It may have been used on the SharpClaw in some fashion, or it could be a leftover of sorts for the baby RedEye that would have aided Sabre in the Walled City. Although, considering that this was most likely cut very early on, it's very unlikely to have been a left over of that scenario. The second item is called Moldy Meat. This would have meant that either the Meat was originally obtained with mold, somehow got mold on it, or there was a limit on how long some food items could be kept before they were spoiled. This is actually referenced by a SharpClaw when Krystal gets the Food Bag item by saying "it hold10 pieces of food, and keeps them fresh." The next one is most likely the PointBack Egg. This one is mostly just speculation, due to the coloration being similar to the PointBack's coloration. But it's still possible that this is another item entirely. The final item is Tricky's Ball. In this file, it's just called Ball. The image to the left of the text is the ball icon that's used in the final game. The one on the right is the unused texture of the ball's icon.
Another few items here. This time, showing the Fish item, Smoked Fish item, and the Dino Egg item. The fish item was most likely used in a side quest of sorts, or as an event. The reason for this is because of an unused lines of dialogue, in which an unknown dinosaur asks "Have you got a fish for me?" and another asks "A log for a fish." although, the voice files are found in the SSH folder, the dinosaur in question may actually have been an early version of the ThornTail. It's not really known how the Smoked Fish could have been obtained, or if it was just a leftover from a scrapped scenario. It may have been used to restore health, or was intended to be scrapped altogether. It is interesting to note that the background of the two fish related items is different then the other items with a background available. The final item of this set is a Dino Egg. It's description says that it restores your energy. This would mean that Dino Eggs may have been used before the change to Pukpuk Eggs. This would also explain why no Pukpuk Birds are seen in the game either. The reason the purple egg variation was chosen in these images is because it shares the purple shading with the Kiosk version of the Pukpuk Eggs, and because another image has an X over, meaning that it could be ran out. But since this is just assuption, I could be wrong.
These images are showing the in game text, and showing them alongside their ripped image counterparts, if they have one. The first one is the Give food from foodbag. There is two images of what seems to be Krystal's hand holding a mushroom on the left side, and an apple on the right. The other items are the Green Apple, Red Apple, and the Brown Apple. Other images will be added shortly.
This is a image of the STAFF HIT BOOSTER. This upgrade for the Staff would have increased the amount of damage done by Krystal's Staff, and is actually a hidden upgrade seen in the 1 hour Dinosaur Planet video, in which Krystal had trouble defeating even one SharpClaw, but later on at CloudRunnre Fortress, she was able to defeat multiple SharpClaw with a single strike.
Going by this standard, and the story of Dinosaur Planet, the original Staff Hit Booster would not have been available until some point between Cape Claw and CloudRunner Fortress, and may not have been available until after the defeat of Galdon, named the CLANNAD-ack at the time. If the way upgrades work in Starfox Adventures is anything to go by, the Staff Hit Booster may have had multiple upgrades for Krysta's Staff and Sabre's sword, and most likely would have been optional, but useful, upgrades in the game, although, this text seems to imply that there may have been only one available. Another thing is that it's text is located in the same batch as items such as the Firefly Lantern and the Dumbledang pod, and it's also very possible that it was an item for sale in the SwapStone Shop.
This is a Mutant Pod that was once going to be seen in Dragon Rock. There isn't much known about this thing, except that it apparently fired something from it's "mouth".
