Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 ripe avocado, diced. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped. Juice of 1 lime. Lime wedges for serving.
Instructions: Preheat grill, pan, or oven to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
