@divinity-backup
revising your writing is just like "is this weird. is this a weird sentence. is this the weirdest most poorly-worded sentence ever written by anyone" and the sentence in question is "he walked across the room"
that or you have a sentence you really REALLY like, but it's just because you put your favorite word in it.
the true cycle of life
Because yeah; underneath all that ash and dirt, you might still be an amalgamation of teeth and anger
But I know you never wanted to be,
oh my god this is so "Barrel-nose" McGee.
i'm absolutely abominable @alairmena

It's okay to dislike what your writing. Just because you don't like your writing at the moment does not mean its bad. Give yourself some credit, you are phenomenal.
if writing feels impossible today, remember: the first draft is allowed to be bad, just like my hair every morning
Hi, new mutual! What's your favorite project you're working on rn?
Key's Unwilling Assistant!
A lil teaser blurb would go something like this:
Yoon Hyeri is a highschool student with an unusual ability in her hands - she can know who's previously touched an object if she touches the same object herself. While she always wanted to be a detective, she was always scared of telling the truth to others, because, you know... How would they believe her? "I touched it and it happened to feel like someone might have touched it before me! I swear!" So, needless to say, she shut herself down - but never let go of her evergrowing suspicion, this feeling she always had inside her - that something is constantly happening, right in front of our eyes, and it's only a matter of time before it blows in everyone's faces.
Which it did, when her favorite professor died of heart attack - and only Hyeri knew that it was, in fact...
...a murder.
Tangled up in a twisted murder mystery and dead-set on uncovering the truth, Hyeri ends up in a deal to be an assistant to the greatest troublemaker in her entire school - Kang HyunKi -- the one person she suspects to be the murderer.
mmffghhh i neeeeeeeed need need to get hyped and finish ntfba! first draft
Me: I have so many story ideas!
My brain: Thatās cool, but what if when you sit down to write, you canāt articulate any of them? Because personally I think thatās way cooler.
